Reviews of local pros in Webster, New York

I recently had a full gutter replacement done by Catalino Gutter Systems. They were easy to work with, friendly, very responsive, timely, and did a great job. A color I had not considered was suggested and it turned out terrific! I would definitely recommend them!

Catalino Gutter Systems is great to work with. They have superior phone service, a responsive team who attended to all details on my home with (3) roof sections. Two years ago, they replaced all my gutters, and it was high quality efficient work. I am writing a review now because last week I thought I had a new problem with one of the gutter sections and they responded quickly. It turned out the problem was my own failure to get the gutters cleaned in a timely fashion. Bottom line, "5 Stars" -- respectful, diligent, knowledgeable, responsive.

Glad I hired Catalino. I bought an older house that needed gutters and drainage replaced and revised. It was a smooth and pleasant experience from start to finish with these folks. On our scheduled date they were prepared and smashed the job out in one day. Nice group of guys that did the work. Very happy with the results. The price was competitive and they left no trace.

I had my gutters put on a year ago, I had a heat cable attached to my roof to prevent icicles. The owner reassured me that I would not need the cable with the new gutter system. So he took off the cable and actually cut it which I was not happy about and threw out the cable. Well that winter I had big ice dams and we had a couple of slips due to the ice. I called Catalino and the manager assured me they would come and reinstall the heat cable when they had a chance. After multiple calls and vms since January and her assuring me they would be there, no one came. I finally received another call from her recently stating that her husband the owner was upset that she told me they would reinstall the heat cable. That response from a customer perspective was not the right answer and they made a mistake and failed to correct it after I gave them my business. I have yet to hear from the owner.

On time neat and priced fair,!

Rapid service. Did a great job setting up brand new gutters, and they're indeed seamless.

Would definitely hire them again! Clean meat reliable and they did a really good job oh, and the prices were Fair, would recommend them and I will be doing business with them again

I called a dozen companies and Jeff of City Wide responded and did the job the same day! The price was very fair and I'll be calling on City Wide for future projects.

Jeff from City Wide did an amazing job roofing my house. I would definitely recommend!!

This roofing company did an excellent job when it came to reroofing our flat and pitch roofs. They had a very efficient team, which were able to complete the project ahead of time. Most of all, they are very adaptable to any changes we’ve suggested. Very much recommended.

Hack Job Jeff. Last year I had Jeff install new doors at my home. One normal size door and one door that needed to be increased to normal size. The experience was one of the worst experiences I have had with a contractor. From the hack job left of my new doors and the surrounding vinyl wrap to the very moments of Jeff himself covering up my security cameras with drop cloths. (why?) It was also disheartening to listen to the negativity and complaints about not having easy access to the house for the work that did not require such access. My biggest complaint is of his vinyl wrap. He compromised all of the wrap of my entire sunroom, not just around the door. I had to spend thousands for American Customs to come out and do the job right. The before and after photos of his kindergarten hack job Jeff work are disgusting' compared to the proper beautiful quality work I received from American Customs. I did ask for some of my money in return due to his lack of capabilities for work he took on but unfortunately never saw a penny back. To add to that my doors are not square and you can see clear outside a the tops. It is so disheartening to save... pay for high quality work and it turn out to be garbage. I would ask you to reach out for my before and after photos of Jeffs work (who used my old door by the way with the dead bolt hole in it for a HEADER!) before you do business with him. Hack Job Jeff... might as well be theft.
