Yesterday we noticed our air conditioner was leaking, and we thought it was the culprit behind the water pooling in our basement! I immediately messaged TRISON Heating & Air Conditioning (we are lucky to be their neighbors!!) and Patricia O'Rourke Cirincione, the brains behind the books, got us on their schedule right away! Connor Cirincione showed up at 10 am this morning and took care of everything we needed and some! I couldn't be more thankful for such honest, hardworking, HVAC professionals - who truly took the time to take care of us, and educate us on ways we can have cleaner air for all of us to breathe at home!

Our AC stopped working on the hottest night of the year so far! We taxed TRISON 1st thing in the morning and Patrick was knocking on our door mid-afternoon! After checking our unit, and a big sigh of relief on our part…what was so impressive and immensely appreciated was that Patrick went to pick up the part on the other side of the city and came back that evening and we were “cooled” down by bedtime. Thank you TRISON and something tells me we’ll likely have to call on you again sooner than later. I had Pat give me a Quote. We discussed the size options. And installation. Then when I was ready to go for it Material was all delivered the day of job. The Family owned business with his Sons did a Quality job. Rooms were kept clean with drop cloths and All material removed. They did what was Quoted and the LG system is Quiet and Efficient! Plus they did the RGE rebate paperwork, Nice Job Pat, And sons. Very Satisfied

Really nice work and a great customer experience. I called them to investigate the source of a leak coming from my boiler system. They came out that day and were very knowledgeable. They quickly figured out what was wrong and got a new part installed. They were responsive and attentive to all my questions. I'll definitely use them again. Overall, a great company to work with.

When I heard of the launch of TRISON Heating and Air-conditioning I knew opportunity was knocking at my door. When the neighbors see a service truck in my driveway they know they are the best of the best because I am such a perfectionist. Next thing you know that companies service truck is in there driveway. TRISON Heating and Air-conditioning is that company. I was looking for a bi-annual HVAC Contract. In addition TRISON Heating and Air-conditioning just installed a new water heater for me. I recently found myself in a situation where I needed an exhaust fan replaced in our attic. The home was being sold and the new owners wanted it operating. I had never used it and was unsure what needed to be done to fix repair or replace. When I contacted Trison heating, they knew exactly what had to be done. It was a two fold problem being that I also needed a roofing contractor to repair the roof once the fan was installed. They worked with my roofing contractor (northside roofing ). Coordinating it all. Moving is very stress full esp when you only have a few days to get this work done. They were amazing professional young men working along there dad. Loved the fact that they are a hometown business and I was able to support local. We are building a new home and if my builder allows us to use our own heating guy u know I will b using Trison heating. Thanks for making a difficult fix seems like it was nothing love love love this co. It was truly a pleasure working with them

Incredible service. Our AC stopped working last night, called this morning and spoke with Pat about my issues. Connor showed up within the hour and had my issue diagnosed and fixed quickly. Very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. My first time using this company and I’m glad I did, they earned all my HVAC business.

Not only are they the best neighbors, but they also happen to be the best heating and air conditioning guys too! Trison has helped us with AC problems in the past and recently installed a whole house air filter, that has left our air quality more clean, crisp, and safer to breathe! We are so grateful that we are able to call on Trison for our HVAC needs, and they not only are prompt, but provide the best, quality care and service!

I have had the pleasure of watching this family grow and evolve from little children, to highly motivated business owners for over 20 years! Patrick and his family have always taken great care of our heating and cooling needs. Their services included; installing multiple furnaces, installing our homes first central air system, and honestly and effectively diagnosed a $100 broken part on a condenser. There were multiple instances where they could have said we needed to spend $3000 or more on a new unit, but instead they took the time to thoroughly diagnose the problem to save us money. Most recently Trison installed our new furnace, the price was fair, the job was completed effectively in a timely fashion, and there was no clean up required by us. We are always happy customers, the honesty and commitment to their customers is second to none! This family will never call anyone else.

TRISON is awesome!! I have absolutely nothing but good things to say and would recommend them to anyone who has an hvac need. We converted from a very old oil heating system to a brand new cold climate heat pump system. They fit us in last minute when our old system was giving us issues and got everything up and running so fast. Connor, Cameron, and Collin are professional, explained everything, are such gentlemen, and did an impeccable job cleaning up! Thank you TRISON!

Trison installed our heat pump system last month. We are extremely happy with the system but most of all, Patrick and his sons worked very hard and in a timely manner. They also were very polite and explained how the system worked to us.
Patrick and his son Conner followed up for a few days to make sure we were happy.
I would recommend them to anyone, and I have told my friend and family.
