On February 17 Tim Walker installed a humidifier on my furnace. Not only was he efficient, he was very friendly. By the time he left I felt like I made a new friend. He was neat and left everything clean and in its place. Kudos to Tim Walker!

Had Crossfield install a new furnace and air conditioner. We are very pleased with the entire process from quotation through installation. Corey was very helpful in explaining all the potential options for the replacement units. The installation crew was professional and neat.

We had a great experience working with Crossfield. Our furnace and heat pump needed to be replaced during the hottest days of this summer. Mark came over and explained all of our options. Once we decided to go with Crossfield, Mark dropped off window air conditioners for us (which we greatly appreciated!). It took a few weeks to get the units for installation, but it was worth it. Rob L, Mike and Brian spent the day getting everything installed and working properly. They were awesome! My husband works from home and the disruption was minimal. All three guys were friendly and worked hard to get things up and running. We have been Crossfield customers for many years and we appreciate all the hard work they provide to us. Crossfield is a pleasure to work with! We've used them twice over the years to have mini splits installed and they were excellent both times. From the on-site consultation to the install team, customer service was exceptional. Always there to answer questions and did a great job. I definitely highly recommend them!

Last week, in the bitter cold, our old furnace was not heating the house properly. We called Crossfield and they came and checked it out. It was evident that a new furnace was needed. They installed our new furnace and we are so glad that we made that choice. The house feels so much more comfortable. Everyone we had contact with, both on the phone and in our home, was kind and patient. Five stars!

First off, a human answered the phone. The team was very responsive and was able to book me next-day — during the busiest time of year. Greyson arrived first-thing (during a snow storm) and was beyond helpful. He offered clear recommendations and several long-term considerations. AND he fixed the issue quickly without breaking the bank. Highly recommend Crossfield!

After doing my research and getting three quotes for a new furnace, I chose Crossfield. I had a great experience with Jordan when learning about my options in a new furnace. He patiently answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. As a single senior homeowner, I had many. Will did the installation of the new furnace, arriving on time and working quietly, completing the installation in the time frame I was told it would take. He answered all of my questions and my home looked like no one had been there when he left. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I am so happy to have the peace of mind knowing that my furnace will not break down this winter as it did last year and it is so quiet. I am a happy Crossfield customer!

Our 23 year old furnace was finally showing it age. Brian and Mike did an excellent job installing our new Trane furnace. Polite and professional, they had the unit up and running quickly. Had replacement Heating and Heat Pump system installed the day before Thanksgiving after the heat system went down a few days prior. Crossfield moved the installation day up before the holiday to make sure we were good to go.

I had Rob Sandman from Crossfield heating come to my house. He replaced two humidifiers, two zone dampers, and added three new thermostats. He was professional, answered all my questions, and showed me how everything works. I would highly recommend Crossfield Heating and Air Conditioning to anyone of my friends or family members.

We chose to use crossfield for our unexpected hvac replacement. Prior to choosing crossfield we shopped around and they were the most detailed quote, along with competitive with others. Our install day went great. Matt, Jordan, and will showed up right at 8am and worked to replace our hvac and hot water tank all in one day. They were very clean and answered all my questions. So far the new system is working great.

We needed a new Furnace and A/C installed. The Crossfield team was outstanding to deal with. From the first appointment with Jordan who gave the quote and education for the right equipment we needed through the installation process that was done by Mike, Brian and Rob S. We could not be happier; the crew was professional, neat and efficient. The work being performed 2 days before Christmas without skipping a beat, with a house full of company.

Crossfield has been absolutely outstanding with their service on our heat pump. Their techs were able to figure out what our problem was, after THREE separate contractors failed. Their service department has been absolutely wonderful, helping us to troubleshoot the issues then sending out service techs immediately. Even over the holiday week, they've been great at scheduling and keeping us informed.

I cannot recommend them enough!

Brian and Tim W came to install our new furnace today. Both did a great job, cleaned up after themselves and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. We also had a great experience working with Corey M. on the sales side of this process.

Shout out to Joe Coccia for being absolutely amazing during the whole insulation project that Crossfield did for me. They did the work back in 2022, but I noticed here in January 2026 after starting my basement renovation that the guys had missed spray foaming several areas on the rim joist. I found Joe’s number and texted him on a Saturday. He immediately responded with a phone call and was out a couple days later to take a look. He agreed that the areas were missed and he worked very quickly to get the guys back out only a week later to take care of those areas free of charge. He personally came out with the team to make sure they did it to my satisfaction. Amazing attention to detail and I’m very thankful that Joe was willing to help make it right after several years had passed. I would recommend Crossfield to anyone, and if I owned a company, I would personally hire Joe Coccia on the spot.

Our tankless water heater suddenly stopped working on a Monday morning before work. After contacting several companies, Crossfield committed to sending a technician right away. After learning the heater needed to be replaced, Corey came out in just a few hours to take pictures and provide an estimate. Matt S. and Will F. installed the new unit in record time. They were friendly, professional, and answered all of our questions. We are now big fans of Crossfield. 5 star service from start to finish.

I am so thrilled about my Trane XL 824 furnace. I want to thank the whole company at Crossfield heating and air for installing the new furnace and getting it running so quick.
