We’ve been impressed with United Heating & Air, LLC professionalism and expertise over the years - Chris truly excel at what he does, and his friendly attitude is the icing on the cake.

United Heating & Air have been to my home several times for HVAC maintenance. Each time, they have been professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. Rick is always responsive and Chris, the technician, knows what he is doing and is patient with all my questions. He is always so helpful.
A family member recommended this company a few years ago. I am so glad that I called them and now use them on a regular basis.

Chris came out for annual maintenance on my Aqua-Cal pool heat pump.
What a pleasant guy! He was friendly, efficient and even taught me how to clean my unit so that next year I can do it myself.

Rick Rosso was quick to get a tech over to the house to evaluate the problem with our pool heater. A switch was needed and ordered promptly. The part was in in less than a week and United came back out. The new part was installed and the heater was up and running, The competition charges twice as much as United just for a service call. I HIGHLY recommend United Heating and Air for all your needs. BTW we used them to clean our furnace and ducts last year as well. Rick’s tech Chris is the nicest guy and very efficient! He even followed up with a call that evening on his own time!

I called United Heating and Air about an AC unit malfunction. They sent a technician out within an hour. The technician quickly diagnosed the issue and had our system back-up and running in no time! He was kind and professional. Excellent service, would highly recommend.

We called around noon and Chris came out shortly after and solved the problem of a noisy motor quite quickly without the need to replace any parts. He has come out before to service the furnace and it was nice that he remembered who I was.

I wish I could rate them higher than 5. Rick, Chris, Santine and Rocco did a fabulous job on my duct cleaning and yearly furnace tune up.. The ducts had never been cleaned since the home was constructed (1947) and I was stunned how much debris came out. They left our house clean and tidy. Highly recommend this company We have been their customers for years.

I have used United Heating and Air since 2000. I have used them for all of my heating and air conditioning needs. They do an excellent job at a very fair price and are very competitive. The owner Rick is excellent to work with. Very professional! 👍🏻Just recently I had to have my air conditioning system replaced since it was 31 years old. The crew chief John, and his crew Rocco, and George we're very professional and did an outstanding job. We have hardwood floors, and they placed blankets on the flooring to protect them before they started the work. They were courteous and did an excellent job of cleaning up after the job was finished. I would highly recommend for anyone to use United Heating and Air for your furnace and air conditioning needs. I would rate them an A++ definitely a 5 star service.👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

My gas heating system would not run to heat my home. A repair person was at my door in less than an hour after my call for service on the weekend. They were able to diagnose the problem and had the furnace up and running in a short time. Thank you United Heating and Air Company in Webster, NY. I highly recommend them.

Chris from United came out and serviced my Hayward pool heater. Chris arrived on time he was friendly and professional. I explained briefly what was happening with the heater. He proceeded with the work and found the problem. He rectified the issue and the Heater works great. I cannot thank United enough.
Bottom line United is a professional company with knowledgeable employees, that get the job done right the first time. Rick the owner was a pleasure to do business with, and very fair in his price. So if you have a pool heater that is not running right, call United, they are a five star company in my book.

Our technician Chris was professional and very friendly. Took care of our furnace and air conditioner maintenance quickly and even turned up the pressure on our outside hose faucet! We have used United Heating and Air before and they are always great to work with. We highly recommend them!

United Heating does my annual furnace inspections, and they are great. They tell me all about it and tell me what to look for in the future. Today, however, I woke up to my heating not working. The tech came over within an hour of being called, was super professional and got it fixed quickly. He pointed out what had happened and what to look for. It was so much faster than I expected. I can't rate them highly enough.

My experience with united has been stellar. All of my hvac needs are by Rick and his staff. I’ve had 2 a/c units installed in the last couple of years. I appreciate the way they seem to make sure I’m taken care of even when there schedules are packed.

This week one of my furnaces was failing. Rick had Chris come same day. I was thinking I’d need to replace it, but Chris told me it was a filter issue, phew. I enjoy a company with integrity, and honesty.

And Rick dropped off the filters next day. It’s a great feeling when you have a company that knows how to make you feel happy and safe.

United Heating and Cooling came to my rescue when my furnace stopped working and the temp was in the 20's
Rick and Chris responded right away came first thing the next morning. They fixed it, had the part in the truck and developed a reasonable plan for me when I was ready to replace my 40 year old furnace. No pressure, just treated me like family.

I had my furnace replaced by United last month and was very satisfied. The price was fair and the service was excellent. Chris even went out of his way to repair my humidifier and drain at no extra charge. I would definitely recommend United and will be using them in the future. Tom
