Got a call on Sunday morning from one of our tenants, the boiler was leaking water all over the floor. One call to Kane and they were on site in 20 minutes. Boil system was checked over and fixed that day! Great customer service, fair pricing, And Awesome work. Would highly recommend to anyone that needs HVAC work!

Excellent job on our install! Very reasonable pricing for high quality furnace & central AC units. Dakota & Riley were punctual and went right to work. Did a fantastic job cleaning up after the job was done; we couldn't even tell they were here! Dakota explained everything along the way, had our RG&E paperwork started and even programmed the thermostat for us! Great customer service, product and work ethic - definitely recommend Kane H&C!

We were extremely pleased with Kane. They were very neat and took precautions to prevent any damage or dirt coming in and out of our house to access our basement. Dakota is very knowledgeable in HVAC work. He offered a fair and reasonable cost for the replacement of our AC unit.

Dakota and Riley took my AC out so we could get stamped concrete. They put it back and found gas leaks. Came back and rerouted the gas line in a timely manner. Thank you both so much!!

Kane Heating and Cooling was fantastic! My furnace and A/C were very old and I got tired of throwing parts at it every time time it broke down. So I contacted Kane Heating and cooling for an estimate. The estimate was excellent so I had them replace my whole unit with a new high efficiency furnace and energy saver A/C. They were so flexible. I was able to get it installed while I was at work. You couldn't ask for a better situation. I 100% recommend them to everyone i know.

Dakota arrived on time and was thorough in his assessment of our heating problem. He got our heat working quickly. He had to replace a part and clean the furnace due to neglect from previous owners. He realized there was a further problem and asked when it would be convenient to come back, same day, to fix that as I had to get to work. He did return and tried to resolve an issue the best he could. He was honest about our upcoming likely need to buy a new furnace but said he was confident he could help us get by for a bit without having to do this since we just purchased and renovated our home and didn't want to have to do this now. I greatly appreciated his honesty and openness about our options and he didn't try to "sell" us more than was needed at this time. I found him knowledgeable, hard-working, timely, and dependable. I liked his honesty and openness and his empathy and kindness was a bonus. I would highly recommend his services.

The technician (Chris) who came to our home worked diligently to get our furnace working properly. Eventually it was determined that we needed a new furnace. United Heating worked fast to secure a new furnace for us and scheduled an install date within 2 days. Later that same day, Chris called back and said it could be done the very next day instead!
Jake and Rocco did an impeccable and very thorough job of installing our new furnace and Chris completed all the paperwork and on-line registration of our unit to guarantee its warranty and also get us a rebate from RG&E!

Been using United since 2016. They are extremely professional and very knowledgable in what they know. They always go the extra mile in explaining exactly what they are seeing and what you can expect from your HVAC in the coming years. Very friendly. Super easy to schedule seasonal inspections or emergency service calls. Reasonably priced too.

After our AC went out yesterday, we called around to a couple of places to see if anyone could help us. After receiving a quote from a different company for a whole new system this morning, Chris from United Heating and Air came over and fixed our problem in under 30 minutes. Not only did he save us from getting ripped off, but he also took the time to walk us through what was wrong and answered any questions we had. He came prepared and saved us thousands. United Heating and Air will have our business from here on out.

On January 15, 2024 United came and installed a new furnace and air conditioning system. Completed all installation by 5:30 p.m. the same day. We had 3 quotes and theirs was by far the best. Very happy with their work ,very neat and friendly. We definitely recommend them.
