There's nobody else in town that provides Yuri and his team's level of service and commitment to the customer. They do it right the first time and stand behind their work. If you think someone may be cheaper, they may be, but you won't get the quality or assurances that Yuri provides. They are our go to company for plumbing, HVAC, etc. you won't regret using Napora. We love Johnny and Mark too, his top notch team!

I can't recommend Yuri enough for the excellent service he provides. Every time I call, he answers the phone—if he can't, he always follows up with a text. He's reliable and always shows up when he says he will. Not only does he do an outstanding job on furnace repairs and replacements, but he also goes the extra mile by spotting other issues around the house and offering helpful advice and solutions tailored to my needs.

When he replaced my furnace, the work was done with professionalism, and the site was spotless afterward. It's clear that he cares about the quality of his work and the customer’s satisfaction. This is my first season using Napora and after a few HVAC / Plumbing repairs, services, and install jobs for both me and now some friends & family, I'm confident in recommending them and the Owner / Master Technician Yuri. If you're considering one of the larger Rochester companies for service, repair, or installations, I'd strongly recommend contacting the Napora team first or to get a competitive bid.

I've used most of the big name Rochester companies over the past 15 years for work on 3 residential properties. Unfortunately, their service standards have declined over the past 5 years as they've grown larger:
-Same-day service used to be considered a standard part of taking care of a client, now they are always charged at "Emergency Call" rates even during normal business hours.
-Scheduling is always tight, sometimes 3+ weeks for a 1 hour standard service.
-After waiting those 3 weeks you may find an estimator has arrived rather than a technician, the estimate is prohibitively high, and your back to square one having lost 3 weeks (Beyond frustrating).
-Standard costs have gone way up and now you see extra fees like "truck charges, travel, estimation fee,etc." on your invoice.
-All "quotes" are now considered "estimates only" which they sometimes make you sign before they will schedule you so there's a good chance that your final invoice will be higher than quoted.
-Though these companies have many professional & highly experienced technicians, their large volume of work means they also have some not-so-good technicians. You may end up with a inexperienced technician on your job. When this happened to me, it resulted in extensive water damage. I think my review of that company is on Yelp if not Google...you've heard of them...it's two letters " _ _ Plumbing". It's about a misdiagnosed leak.

My experience with Napora has been a refreshing return to business as usual. My first call required ASAP service and Yuri assured me that no matter how late, he would get there that same day. He held to his word, arrived around 7:00pm, repaired my HVAC system, and didn't charge an "Emergency Call" rate.

Subsequent work with Napora has been accurately quoted, scheduled within 1-2 weeks, professionally performed (Yuri is a highly experienced, no-nonsense type of person and won't tolerate an inexperienced technician on his team), and I've yet to receive any unexpected charges on an invoice.

Yuri doesn't take short cuts (so look elsewhere if you're hoping for a cheap, quick, & partial fix...then call Napora when that inevitably fails). If something isn't worth repairing due to repair cost vs. replacement cost, he'll explain your options and give you the choice. Overall, I'm very happy to have found Napora and strongly recommend them.

Yuri and his team are the best. I’ve used them for HVAC cleaning services and installing new boilers. Extremely efficient and professional. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Our furnace died on a Tuesday night, they had someone here that evening, part was in next day, came back that day and were very honest with the repair vs. replacement as our furnace was leaking badly and would 100% fail again resulting in more repairs. In the end we decided to do a replacement. New furnace was in the next morning and our house is toasty warm again. Everyone was so kind, honest, helpful and professional. We will definitely be recommending Napora to everyone we know and using them in the future for maintenance!

It's 9 degrees outside, and the furnace is providing only minimal heat. You wake up "freezing" at 4 am. You call several "24 hour" service centers and find that, of those who do have an answering service, you just don't feel like waiting until somebody calls back. So you keep searching. Finally, a living voice on the line -- and the owner agrees to come by between 10 and 11 am the same day. So you build a fire in the fireplace...and wait. By 8 am most of the house is in the mid 50 degree range and still falling. When your time frame arrives, Yuri from Napora arrives. He disassembles your furnace, and within 30 minutes he has recorded the parts needed, and makes a call to the parts persons. By 6 pm, your furnace is functioning. No fuss, no mess, just a working furnace once again -- even the dog is happy. This is emergency service as it should be, and at a cost I found very reasonable. No heat? Give them a try. You will not be disappointed (and you'll soon be warm again).

Dakota Travis from Kane Heating and Cooling was recommended and hired to clean and service my furnace prior to the sale of my home. Mr. Travis arrived on time and in a professional manner. During his time at my home, it was determined that he could also get my gas fireplace to working order. He stayed longer than he had planned, until the jobs were completed, and he spent a lot of his own time researching to order a part.
Mr. Travis was responsive, efficient, reasonable and very knowledgeable; I would recommend Kane to anyone needing these types of services.

AC unit failed. Kane heating came out same day and gave me a fair appraisal that the 20+ year old unit needed to be replaced. He got me right into his schedule and everything was done in a half day. Good price, quality work, and a very knowledgeable installer. Thank you, it works great.

Kane Heating & Cooling is now my go-to for any HVAC needs. Our furnace failed on Christmas morning (2022) and Dakota Kane answered the phone at 9 AM. He was at our house shortly after (again, on Christmas). Unfortunately, the part that failed was not something that is kept on-hand, but Dakota was back with the new part the next day when he could get his hands on it and took care of the issue right away. Along the way he educated me on furnace and AC maintenance (just good to know things), he consistently texted to keep us along the way to keep us updated, and even offered to bring us his own space heaters while our furnace was out of service!

I highly recommend reaching out to Dakota Kane not only when something breaks down, but proactively for routine maintenance so hopefully you won't have to deal with a breakdown (I'll be reaching out to him for AC unit maintenance this spring).

Dakota is incredibly professional and did a fabulous job diagnosing the issue with our heating system, inspecting the rest of our HVAC, and working diligently and efficiently to repair the concern. He took the time to educate us on the system, maintenance needs for longevity and safety of your home, and helped us with plans for the future for our older model HVAC system (however now working great!) Highly recommend!!

We hired Dakota from Kane Heating and Cooling for a boiler cleaning. He did a great job and we could notice immediately the difference it made. He also recommended a few other improvements we could make to our system, which we also had him install. Kane H&C was reasonably priced and while we experienced a few minor hiccups due to having an old system, things were installed and repaired in a timely fashion. Definitely recommend Kane Heating and Cooling!

Kane heating and cooling is amazing. My boiler wasn’t working and they came right over within a half hour. Fixed the problem and got us up and running again. They were highly professional and very knowledgeable. They didn’t over charge or try to gouge us on price just because it was the weekend. My furnace stopped working and Dakota was very quick to respond. He was personable, courteous, and clearly knowledgeable. He was very thorough and ended up doing a full maintenance check on the water heater and ac unit as well. Unlike others who try to sell you what you don’t need, he was genuinely concerned about the obvious condition of my units. Working with Kane Heating and Cooling was a great experience. The rapid response to our call was so reassuring. We where without heat during a very cold time of year and Dakota came and fixed all our issues. He ran a quick diagnosis and went right to work! Over all super impressed with his professionalism and fast work ethics.

I forget the details but some years ago our furnace wasn't working properly. Whatever company I called came down, couldn't fix it and advised us it was time for a new furnace. Somehow I chanced upon Mr. Kane for a 2nd opinion.

He quickly identified the problem as a cracked "something" (I forget exactly what now) the cost of which might well have ruled out a repair for an old furnace. Luckily Mr. Kane keeps up with that kind of stuff, knew that part was under "recall", was able to get the part for free and was able to repair the furnace cheaply.

We switched to Kane and had them come in for regular maintenance calls. Some YEARS later we all agreed it was time and scheduled a Heater and A/C replacement. Went over options, prices, selected a "best fit" for us and set a date. Installation was flawless!
