We had 5 areas with carpet cleaned today. Randy came today to do our carpets and I couldn't be happier. He was super friendly, knowledgeable, so nice. He was efficient and we felt that the price was very reasonable.

I had a fantastic experience with Cleaner Image. From start to finish they demonstrated professionalism and clear communications. The scope of work was well-defined upfront, and they kept me updated every step of the way.

Chris and Deandre were exceptional- knowledgeable, thorough and tidy. It was evident they cared about the quality of their work and treated my home as if it were their own. Everything was completed as promised. I even received a phone call from owner, Kim, to ensure we were aligned on next steps.

I highly recommend Cleaner Image for their service, quality work, and dedication to customer satisfaction. I am in conversations now to further work with them.

Had a flood incident in the heavy rain yesterday night. Basement carpet completely got wet. Called cleaner image who I used to clean mold. They were prompt, arrived on time, removed excess water, kept the fans and dehumidifiers.

Danny and Deandre were really good and excellent in their craft. They just lifted the carpet without damaging anything and placed the equipments. I will update the review after the work is done.

I will call cleaner image for any future requirements.

I had a mold smell in a bedroom for a few years . 4 different contractors including hvac specialists couldn’t figure it out. It was a tiny spot on my roof. Ryan figured it out, found it and fixed it for a reasonable price. Super smart, nice and fair. Definitely highly recommend him!

Sump pump failure caused our entire basement to flood. We reached out to A cleaner Image for an estimate on the damage. We dealt With Ryan, Chris Heather. They were professional, friendly and honest. Chris came out the first day and thoroughly inspected our basement and we had an estimate within 24 hours! We couldn’t be happier With the work Chris did!! He went above and beyond!! They did an amazing job from start to finish!! Would def recommend them for 100 percent sure!! They won’t disappoint!! Thank you so much!!

Worked with Ryan and Chris, this is the 2nd time I've reached out to Cleaner Image, thwy do amazing work. The first time was to deal with a mold issue in my ceiling, they removed the mold, and the contaminated ceiling tiles. Years later i hired them a second time to deal with the mold that was behind the walls of my basement, that i wasn't aware of. For good measure I also requested their water proofing service. They do great work, they moved all the junk i had in the basement, they reached out to me to see if i was satisfied with the direction they were going with the design, and were polite and helpful. I can now use my basement after almost 3 years, truly grateful, and will hire them again in the future
