Not sure how they expect customers to know what business they're calling when they answer the phone with a "Yep". Unprofessional and not courteous. Can imagine what the service would be like for a regular customer, not these curated reviews I see here.

We called MGC once our AC failed 2 days ago in what has to be the busiest time in the history of HVAC professionals. They were extremely responsive and appreciated the urgency of our needs. They went above and beyond the call of duty. Came to our house and tried to repair it to save us money. After that wasn’t doable they contacted every possible vendor to get us a unit. They worked tirelessly and found what we needed. Within 48 hours we are up and running and they also inspected everything else, changed filters you name it, they did it even if it wasn’t part of the original scope of work.

I will be a lifetime client. Hands down the best client experience during my homeownership.

I live in a private house with two central air conditioning units. Last year my heating went and I called this company. They came right away and fixed it within hours. Haven’t had a problem since. Now one of the A/C units failed so I called this company again and they came within a few hours. The owner himself actually showed up and checked my system. He found the problem right away and actually had the parts in his truck and fixed the problem within an hour. The AC unit is not working perfectly. He is a local, HVAC contractor, and very professional. The pricing is beyond reasonable especially for a quick response. He went above and beyond my expectations. Even left the place cleaner than he found it. Very highly recommend this company. Don’t hesitate to ask me any question to them.

When we moved into our house, we knew that our HVAC system was on borrowed time. Of course, it broke down in the middle of a heatwave. I called Mardonio around 5 AM and he answered right away. He was able to come later that morning and worked to resolve the problem.

We decided to move forward with upgrading our system rather than pouring money into our antiquated system. He priced us out for different options and thoroughly explained the differences. He also provided us with a timeline of the process and communicated effectively throughout the process. Usually this is a two day project; however, since we have small children and my elderly parents live with us, he worked hard to make it happen in one day. I am deeply appreciative of that.

On install day him and his team showed up on time (something I really value). They worked efficiently and cleaned up the area very well.

I would highly recommend using MGC for anything HVAC related. I will continue to use them for maintenance and any other projects I may have in the future.

I came home late from work and my AC unit in the top floor was not working. I called this company and I spoke to Mardonio at 10pm. I was surprised anyone picked up at this time. I explained the situation and he said he will arrive in 15mins. 15mins later, he rang my door bell. Mardonio was very professional and explained to me what was wrong. My AC unit was never serviced when we first bought the house. Mardonio said he will take care of us and get the unit up and running. He left our home at Midnight and I am grateful he picked up the phone. I highly recommend the company and Mardonio!

We had a leak in our air conditioning system and contacted multiple companies. Mardonio was the first to reply and always responded to my questions quickly via email, text messages, or phone calls.

He and his colleague Ray came to our house a few days later to further investigate the issue. They were friendly and professional during the entire visit and clearly explained to me what the problem was. Later that day, Mardonio sent me an email outlining multiple different options to fix the issue, including pricing estimates that seemed reasonable to me.

A week later, him and Ray came back to our house and implemented the fix that we had discussed.

Overall, I had a very positive experience with Mardonio and Ray and I would definitely recommend them to my friends!

MGC is the best. In the summer, my air conditioning unit broke and they were able to get the new unit very quickly (even with this horrible supply-chain crisis), installed it the next day and had the A/C cranking again within only a few days. They also fixed my heat when it went out last week within hours after I called them. They are the most reliable HVAC contractors I have ever worked with and I have used a lot of them having heavily renovated my home over the years. Every contractor I used before MGC was unreliable so I kept needing to find new ones, until I found MGC! Now we can call or text any time and I get a response immediately and they always provides top notch service. Thanks for everything my man!

A/C unit and blower were on but no cool air was circulating. Called MGC. He had a full schedule but said he would come after hours, if that was OK.
He arrived a little after 7. Diagnosis...our 25 year old unit needed a part replacement. With unit so old, he had to go back to his shop to get the part.
Bottom line..part installed and were pumping cool air again.

Exceptional service, fairly priced, always delivers. We have used MGC for both AC and heating system repairs and services. Another company suggested we replace the AC, but at the height of a heat wave Mardonio was able to come repair it on less than a few hours' notice. Our A/C unit was circulating only hot air the morning of July 4th. We called MGC. Even though it was a holiday he would have come but we didn't want to put him out. He was on time, did several test and checks and diagnosed the issue. After a few hours we were back to cool air. He called us the next day to make sure we were still working. He even gave us some pointers on running a more efficient system.
We highly recommend MGC. Fairly priced, professional and very responsive. We will be booking him for yearly maintenance to upkeep our system.

I recently purchased a new home; during demolition, the contractors discovered HVAC pipes behind a wall that needed to come down in order to continue with the renovation project. I had used Mardonio’s services several months back so I knew I could rely on him. He came over within a day to scope out the situation. The next evening, he diligently worked until all the pipes were redirected. This was not an easy request since space was extremely limited. There were obstacles along the way, but he tackled each one seamlessly. My contractors were able to resume work without a hiccup thanks to Mardonio’s experience and professionalism. I called Mardonio on a Saturday because my home was at 80% humidity and 77° despite my central air being set to 71 and constantly running. Also, I was having condensation issues on one section of the ductwork that was exposed in my basement that I had wanted him to insulate so it would stop "leaking" into my ceiling. He advised me that if the HVAC was not insulated in that section it was probably not insulated anywhere and walked around and pointed out to me various locations where mold was most likely growing or would grow based on moisture he was seeing building up where the ducts were in the ceilings of my basement. Instead of being a quick fix like I thought I ended up needing a whole new HVAC system. He was extremely fair in his price for all of the work he did. He also revamped duct sizes and advised on splitting my system for upstairs using a heat pump and down stairs using a mini split for greater efficiency and temperature control thru out my home. Now, my whole house stays a constant even temperature (sometimes my living room with vaulted ceilings would be a noticably different temperature than the bedrooms on the same level), the humidity is gone and most importantly the mold he pointed out that was probably growing was identified and removed and now won't come back because he insulted the duct work appropriately. I couldn't be more thankful for his advice, fair price, professionalism and workmanship. If you need any HVAC work done on your home I would 100% recommend going with MGC.

Mardonio and his crew were phenomenal from start to finish. We needed to do a complete overhaul of the HVAC system in the whole house, including installing a mini-split in our bedroom that sits above the garage.
