My father has been ill for months. I called to schedule a yard clean up for him and they told me they couldn't help me because my yard was overgrown. These people only want to maintain what is already neat and tidy. They cannot handle larger lawns or projects. For a "well reputed" lawn care company in LONG ISLAND, NEW YORK? Terrible.

Francisco is a gem and very pleasant person to work with. He replaced all my shrubs in the front of my house which needed a total makeover. The end results are just beautiful...he is professional and he is very knowledgeable. I would recommend him in a heartbeat.

Francisco is AMAZING to work with. He was there every step of the way to explain what he was doing from start to finish. He also sent pictures for the whole process. Francisco’s communication was also very on point. Even after he planted the shrubs, we kept in touch with any problems I was having and he helped me troubleshoot every step of the way. After a frustrating experience with our previous landscaping guy we decided to hire Francisco. Since the first day on the job he has thoroughly maintained our lawn and surrounding areas. He is very formal with all of his proposals, he texts updates and points out when our lawn needs attention. We removed a rotten deck from our yard and he installed new sod for us. Everything looks beautiful. We like his character and how he cares about his job. During the summer we had an unexpected event that prevented us from spending money on removal of dead hedge trees behind our house. He knew we were interested in doing that for quite some time so as courtesy he removed the dead trees. I wasn't expecting this kind of commitment, usually people don't do things for free, he even got stung by a bee during removal. For all the above reasons we have to recommend Francisco, he is committed, he cares and he does a wonderful job. The best landscaping guy for sure!

Francisco is a very organized, detail oriented, caring and respectful person and a consummate professional as well.
His crew comes promptly every Saturday morning (if it is not raining) and maintains my lawn with the utmost of care at a very reasonable price.
Although Francisco's crew is quite able to perform well without him there, I often notice that Francisco is there, on his hands and knees, pulling weeds, re-positioning plants and making sure those small, but important details are not missed. As a result, my property looks great!

Francisco Diaz is the owner. Francisco is much more than a businessman. When he came to see my property, you could immediately tell he cared about his work. We went over every inch of my lot. I told him what I wanted and he listened. You can tell he cares about his clients.
I got a couple more estimates and I knew right away who I wanted to take care of my landscaping. I take pride in the way my house looks and I knew that is the same for Francisco. No contest.
The first season has ended and I am extremely happy with Diaz Touch's work. My house is the diamond on my street! In addition, the crew is very good.
