I had called HIEP Sanitation from a Google search and customer service from the start was excellent. I received information I needed and the time frame of ordering a dumpster to having it placed was a 1
Day turnaround. In addition when I called to have it picked up was also a 1 day turnaround. Excellent in my book. I then ordered 2 more

I was very impressed with Hiep sanitation. They showed up on time, the driver was very polite and willing to place the container exactly where I wanted it, even though it was the most difficult spot to place it on the driveway. We ended up giving the dispatcher little notice for pick up which she insisted was not a problem.

Not only did they get the dumpster there super fast- the drop off crew was extremely friendly and helpful in showing us where the dumpster would go. They also picked the dumpster up within hours of us calling to let them know we were ready. Really great customer service- you will be happy you chose to use them!

Hiep Sanitation always goes above and beyond. I needed a dumpster for an immediate basement and yard clean up. I called Friday late in the day, the girl on the phone said no problem we can drop it off tomorrow morning for you. Anytime I need a dumpster on a job or at home they are who I call for speedy service and an excellent price.
