I made an appointment. It was two weeks out and was told between 11-12 at 1pm I called them and was told they were running late. They never showed or called to to reschedule. I wasted my morning waiting for them. Really unprofessional way to deal with a local family’s home.

There's a scammer impersonating this company, spoofing their phone number, and harassing people. I assume because they're trying to hurt this business and generate bad reviews. I called them back and the company was very apologetic and said that they've received 3 other reports of the same. Sad to see local businesses getting attacked like this

Joe the delivery driver was super friendly and answered all the questions I had. My delivery was on time and he placed it exactly where I wanted it. Why would I carry around a bunch of bags when I can just have them deliver it. Friendly staff when I ordered. Amazing family owned company!

I spoke with this company for a full week asking for delivery of playground mulch, the lady and manager was ok to deal with, she told me the prices and we agreed for delivery on Friday morning. As the delivery was due in an hour she calls me up and tells me that she did not realize the address even though I had given it to her at the start of the order and she then said there would be $150 delivery charge on a order only for $280. She was so rude and said it was my problem and not hers. I would not use this company, they clearly do not care about their customers and the lady was so unprofessional. I am not stuck with no playground mulch fro my daughters birthday party this Saturday and thats all because of this horrible company.

Have been coming here as a homeowner for landscaping supplies for years.
They recently changed policy so you cannot pickup 1 yard of topsoil at a time; minimum to yards. Receptionist/cashier is rude and couldnt be bothered explaining basic questions or concerns without rolling her eyes or trying to dismiss my questions.

Will have to find somewhere else now where i can buy smaller quantities at a time....i dont need 2 yards for the project i am working on.
