They arrived at 6:30 AM to remove tree logs without any prior notice, which led to confusion and inconvenience, especially as my landlord did not inform me of the timing either. As I was getting ready to start my day at work, I tried to move my car to avoid having it near the truck. In response, one of your workers rudely told me, "your car is fine, relax."I found this extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. All I was doing was saying I wanted to move my car, and that response was completely inappropriate.

One of the best companies I dealt with so far. Ben and his team were great and provided excellent service. After the job was done, job site was clean and without any damages to property. I would definitely recommend these guys to friends and family. Overall: affordable, efficient and do the job right.

The guys were meticulous figuring out what they needed to do to get their equipment into the back. Once set up they took no time to cut down the 2 trees. Came back a few days later and ground the stump. Would highly recommend Treeline !!!!

I priced around to find a tree service who would remove a tree in danger of falling on our house. I receieved a quick response from Timberline with a very reasonable price. They showed with-in a few days of my choosing them to do the job. They removed a very large tree in a few hours, cleaned up and they were gone. They left my yard like they were never there with exception to my tree being removed. I would suggest if anyone needs a Tree service company, the first company you should call is Timberline.

AMAZING! I needed a tree taken down (it had split and was leaning precariously) and Timberline came over within half an hour to give an estimate. They came a few hours later and removed the tree. The guys were very nice and left the area cleaner than it had been! Ben is terrific to work with. Very professional and efficient.

John at Timberline Tree & Landscape was great. He came in and gave me a very fair estimate and did all the necessary paper work to get the trees cut down. His crew were excellent and professional. They clean up all the debris after the work was done.

John and the team went above and beyond throughout the entire process. They really wanted to make sure everything was done right, and met my wishes, even if that made their lives more difficult. It felt like I was working with a partner. You normally have to pay a premium for that level of service, but the pricing was extremely reasonable. Very professional, put us at ease. There was a really BIG tree limb that hung over our house and a piece broke off in a storm. They showed us how it was rotting inside and assured us they would take it down safely and they delivered. Great job!

The first thing you see on the Timberline Website is "Call us for Free Estimates" I did call, and told them I want them to look at 2 evergreens with yellowing leaves. I again asked the person who answered the phone if the estimates are free. He said "absolutely". Two days later someone from Timberline called to make an appointment and told me the estimate costs $200. I told him that is not what the website or the person I talked to said. He told me the estimate is free only if we cut down the tree. How can you trust a place that has false advertisement and lies before you use them? I called another arborist, a legitimate one, who did give a free estimate. He told me that was normal for arborvitae. Would Timberline have charged $200, and told me it was normal, or would he have said they have to be cut down?

Big thumbs up to John and the crew from Timberline who worked to remove a large dead tree from my property today. It was not an easy job and was time sensitive in nature but the crew took care of it in record time and were extremely professional. I truly appreciate John's honesty and consistent follow up. We will contact them again for other services and will refer Timberline to all of our friends and family.

Sam is a pleasure to work with, he is very knowledgeable, professional and a gentle man in every way, this company has taken down several trees as well as planted several trees for me, price is reasonable and they are always punctual. Great Price & Great Service - Removed two trees (one a double). The crew was very fast and took care not to damage flower shrubs and next door neighbor. Sam was very professional explaining in detail the process during the quote and visited the site to ensure all was well. Would definitely use again if needed and recommend.
