We had a great experience with Timberline. Jon was so easy to communicate with and very knowledgeable. He came over same day to give us an estimate, and they were able to come in and remove trees from all around our property within a week of that. Everyone who came to remove the trees were kind and professional. They really know what they’re doing! Thank you, Timberline. Would recommend to anyone looking for these services.

We didn’t know quite what to expect but, WOW, we were beyond impressed and very happy with the gentlemen who worked on our property. They were extremely efficient, did an amazing job removing our trees and keeping all the wood organized and on top of that were very polite/personable (which sadly seems rare these days). Timberline were amazing. They were able to come within 48 hours of when I called for the service. They were able to take a huge tree down and clean up in just a couple hours. And the price was more than fair in my opinion!

I am absolutely thrilled with the exceptional quality of work that was done. We had a solar project installed that required tree removal on short notice, and Timberline responded with impressive speed and professionalism, removing the necessary trees without any hassle. My son-in-law asked to keep the pine tree, and they were extremely accommodating, making sure his request was honored. The crew worked efficiently and left the site clean and tidy, which really impressed me. I will definitely call them back when it's warmer to have all the stumps ground, since it is still the middle of winter and snowstorm season. Overall, I am genuinely excited to recommend Timberline to anyone in need of their services—they exceeded my expectations in every way.

I have used them the past couple of years and have received good service they have been here on time. But they were supposed to come this past Saturday 6/20 between 8& 10 but never showed or called It's now 4 days later and still have not heard from them or apologized for not coming. yearsa

I used this company for over 10 years and paid a reasonable sum ($70) for sprinkler winterization. I have only 4 zones, it is a 10 min job.
2 years ago they raised my rate to $90 and I shrugged it off as it hasn't changed for some time. This year I was quoted $130. So much for loyalty!
I called Tanzer and paid $95

Used the irrigation service the past 2 years, booked an appointment for opening sprinklers May 2023 NO SHOWED! Ok I said lets give them another chance things happen. Booked a second date NO SHOWED twice. This is the best part they sent a bill for opening the sprinklers absolutely amazing, I called the office they have no idea if the service was completed or not. I asked to speak with either of the two owners you guessed it no call to try and explain. STAY AWAY and if you do use them check your bills.

Dom and the gang, as always, did a first rate job and even helped me answer some questions about a location which they don’t even service!! Very reliable and excellent work product!!

Company is horrendous. Unfortunately went with them only because a neighbor used them, what a bad idea. First off they're ridiculously overpriced. They charge over a 100 bucks to do less than 10 mins worth of work, if that, shutting down and opening the system. Then if you have a crack or something wrong with the cheap plastic they use in their system then forget it. They'll charge you hundreds and hundreds of dollars to replace a little piece of plastic that prob costs them cents on the dollar. On top of that no one ever seems friendly when you call or see them in person and the service is mediocre at best.

Stay clear of this place, your wallet will thank you later.

They get 5 stars from me. I have used them for my new sprinkler system and they were super professional and it’s been about two years and they also do the winter closed and open.

What I really appreciated the most is that they are not super expensive and they also don’t run you down for money.

I hired D'Agastino for a sprinkler system service, including a spring check-up and repairs. My friend, a retired building manager with over 30 years of experience, was present during the service and observed that only the broken PVC pipe was repaired. We even tipped the technician for his work. When the bill arrived, we were shocked to see a charge for a backflow kit replacement, which was never performed. My friend called them to clarify, but they insisted it was done without providing any evidence. I then requested proof of the work, but they never responded. Ultimately, I paid the full amount, but the lack of communication and accountability was extremely frustrating. Would not recommend based on this experience.

Absolutely a rip off. Bought our home in February 2025 and the previous owner used this company so we went with them. The technicians came out told us that there was a broken pipe they needed to fix. My husband was with them when they went to their truck cut the pipe and followed them under the deck to replace the pipe. He watched the whole process. The technicians turned on the system and told us everything is working fine. They said DO NOT turn the system on for 2 days so the glue around the pipe they fixed dried. We said ok asked if there was anything else and was told NO. Even tipped the 2 techs. Then we just got the bill in the mail and there is a charge for $180 for "Replace backflow kit". I called the company and was told well it's on the work order. I explained that we were with the techs every step of the way and were never told about this. I don't care what was written on the work order, the "work" was not done. Looking for a new company in the future.

Highly recommend D’Agostino Irrigation. Always reliable and professional. Very pleased with the way they keep our lawn and flowerbeds looking beautiful. Most importantly, incredible customer service!
