For top quality Mulch Products this is the only place I go to other places have inferior color dye that don't work or last as long.

Have used other county companies over the last 33years and O'Sullivan has been by far the fairest prices and their cleanest is impeccable. Will continue to use them on a property with many trees. The staff is friendly and they are on time

O’Sullivan tree care came immediately to our home in Nanuet, to deal with a very dangerous tree issue today. Due to the rain and high winds, we had a 100+ year old tree crack and fall.. nearly crushing our home... thankfully, it fell into another tree and was precariously perched there, till O’Sullivan promptly responded to my call! Now it is only a memory! They were prompt, professional and very courteous. The tree issue, which could have been very costly, destroying much of our home potentially, was taken care of! I can not recommend O’Sullivan tree care any more strongly! I highly recommend them! Thank you!!

I called O’Sullivan because they have business for years and I knew they were arborists not just tree removal experts. While I did need a tree removed I also had some very large and mature trees the needing pruning and wanted it done with someone with arborist expertise .

Once John one of there Arborists showed to survey and quote, I could tell he knew his stuff. We went over what was to be done and John gave a price on the spot.
Price was honest and fair. John explained what the men would do once they arrived and assured me a quality job.

Fast forward a few weeks the crew (about 6 guys) arrived and they could not be more professional, they worked hard and they all knew what to do. It was very impressive to watch them take down a huge tree in less than a half hour. The crew did exactly what John said they would do and more. When they left you would never know they were here.

I own a local service company for 30 years and I know what it takes to have the behind the scenes communication and drive to pull off this kind of endeavor.

I had a dangerous hanging branch, they worked the schedule and fit me in to make sure it was removed before we had a recent storm. Very professional crew, everyone was as nice as can be, and Cathy in the office was awesome to deal with. highly recommend if you have a tree issue.

Outstanding service everytime I've used them, at the most reasonable cost by far compared to others. And office staff is a pleasure, estimator a pleasure, and crew has been great. My neighbors and friends have now become customers too.

I ordered mulch from Osullivan this summer. Great price, great product. Delivery came as scheduled and was dumped in the right spot. I called them after and had the arborist look at a very large oak tree and two large pine trees I was worried might fall on my house. Geoffrey came out and quoted me a fair price. Rudy and his crew did the work today. They were awesome. They climbed 50 feet into the oak and cleaned the tree of all of the dead wood and some large limbs that hung over my roof. The large branches were cut into fireplace size rounds and stacked for future splitting and bribing. The tree looks great. The work was done fast, professionally and at a great price. I will definitely be using them for all of my tree care needs. Highly recommend!

I've had two great experiences with O'Sullivan. First, they removed two large pines for me several months ago. The trees were in a tricky spot but they dropped them with great precision. They also did a wonderful job cleaning up the site after that large project.

And just this past Friday afternoon someone pointed out that a tree beside the street on my curb strip was beginning to uproot. I sent pics to O'Sullivan and within 30 minutes they were there to get a first hand look at it. The concern was high that the tree would fall soon so they removed it about an hour later at 4pm on a chilly January Friday. Again, leaving the site spotless.

I called O’Sullivan because a section of a very big tree had fallen and the rest of the sections were rotted out. There was a rain and wind storm coming that evening. When I spoke to Kathy , she was very responsive and caring. She sent Bill out to give an estimate and they sent a crew right over to take down the tree. Pedro and his crew were very professional, courteous and meticulous. This could have been a very dangerous situation, and I am so appreciative of how this company responded to an emergency in such a timely, concerning way. I plan to use them to take down other trees.

Today O' Sullivan Tree Care came to my home and professionally serviced two old trees on my property. Both trees massive, over 100 years old over 60 feet tall. One needed to come down completely and one needed serious limbing and trimming.
Emilio and his crew of 6 were a joy to watch in action. Very dangerous work climbing trees with chainsaws, using hydraulic bucket lifts and a huge crane to dismember the trees. All the crew worked together seamlessly and safely, an amazing job! Left the property spotless; despite the huge amount of tree, limb and leaf debris. Plus Kathy in their office is terrific, professional and lovely.
Don't bother to call anyone else, these guys and this company are superb!! Bravo for saving my roof and house from future damage!!!

Just want to say how completely satisfied I was with the service the crew provided. Every aspect was done neatly and professionally. The workers are absolute experts at what they do. Prior to starting work at my house, I had 9 companies come over to propose estimates. O'Sullivan provided the most detailed estimate and most fair price when compared to the other 8 companies that visited. Today they came and did the tree removal for me. The staff was very friendly, very attentive and paid attention to detail. The staff also performed multiple walk throughs with me to verify that I was happy with the job and were happy to make adjustments when I requested them. I am not one to really give reviews on places unless their service is very horrible or very good. I recommend O'Sullivan, the work was worth every penny spent. Work done = 3 large trees removed, stumps removed, 6 trees trimmed, and 4 path ways cleared out.

Kathy in the office was so professional and responsive in setting up my estimate and ultimately the job. Emilio, who has been with the company 27 years, had a great eye for what needed to be done. He was knowledgable, thorough and wanted to make sure I was pleased. From start to finish, it was a pleasure to deal with people who obviously care about their company and the job they do.

O'Sullivan has done great work for us on many occasions. The crew is top notch. They are very professional and helpful, and leave everything spotless when they are done. Today we had one old tree removed. I asked Emilio to leave some limbs for me to use for garden edging and he kindly had them trimmed and neatly stacked for me. Kathy in the office is very responsive and friendly, and accommodated my schedule.
The owner is a man of integrity. I have had other "arborists" look at my trees and recommended taking out multiple trees, for many thousands of dollars. But when John came this time, he even reassured me that one old tree I was worried about could last another 5 to 10 years. The prices are very reasonable, and he included the removal of two shrubs without charge. I never feel like he is just trying to do as much business as possible. But he will have my business for as long as I am here.

In advance of having multiple large trees removed from our property, we planned to contact 3-4 companies to get estimates. Lucky for us, O’Sullivan was our first call and ended up saving us a ton of time, money and aggravation. They responded to our inquiry immediately and got someone out to take a look the next day. Bill was extremely knowledgeable, gave us great recommendations for dealing with a somewhat challenging site, and came back with an estimate that same day. Having worked with other tree companies before, after meeting with Bill and receiving the incredibly reasonable estimate, we looked no further and hired O’Sullivan on the spot.
When it came time to do the work, Bill and Jim were on site and oversaw the whole process. The entire crew showed up on time, took care with our property and landscaping, was professional and left my yard cleaner than when they started. I would highly recommend using them for all tree removal services. I know anytime I need additional trees removed they will be my only phone call.

The best! Everyone I've spoken to at O'Sullivan has been incredibly helpful, kind, and thorough. They took down a gigantic tree in our yard and ensured everything was taken care of from prep to clean up, keeping us informed every step of the way.

Used O'Sullivan when we moved in to our new home in 2017, and needed to remove some trees, and trim some others. They assessed our property and made recommendations for which trees will thrive best, and which needed removal, and which needed trimming. They were very professional, very quick, and left no damage to the lawn or property, and removed all logs, branches, and ground stumps down which has significantly improved soil health as the remaining root structure and chips degrade. Since then, the remaining trees have been thriving, and the property looks manicured.

Fast forward to this year, and we wanted to follow up to remove excessive suckers that grew from the first trim, and remove some lower branches since we recently installed solar. Once again, the initial assessment was professional, and they helped me decide what was necessary without pushing for excessive removal.

Overall, they were very prompt, for the initial assessment, quick to schedule once I was ready to process, and as earlier, the job was done quickly, professionally, left no damage, did stellar cleanup, and the price was extremely reasonable considering the top quality service received. O'Sullivan will continue to be our go to tree care service in the future, and I was just informed by the foreman that they also provide mulch!

I hired O’Sullivan to take down and remove a 75’ Oak in our backyard. They assessed the job based on the logistics of our small property and they nailed it! The complete job was done in two visits - first, the cutting down and removal. A few days after they came to grind out the stump. Impressive work. Both crews were fantastic. They did a super clean up. We have a few other trees that will be needing maintenance in the near future. I’ll be calling O’Sullivan again for sure.

I was happy with their service and will use them again.
