Tyler and Todd were amazing. Todd turned my opinion of this service from a bad experience to a good experience.

The first tech Tyler was good and knew right away what was wrong and got the part ordered and the next appointment scheduled.

Second tech , Jason was late, didn't introduce himself, was not real friendly. He installed the part and didn't put the dryer back together correctly. On top of other things, Jason told me the new noise was ok , just use it until you buy a new one, it's not worth fixing with that noise. Plus Jason thought he left his phone in the dryer when he put it back together and left tools on my floor when he left.

Called CS and got a new tech to come out. Todd was on time, put shoe coverings on, introduced himself and was super nice. As soon as he heard the new noise, Todd knew what it was. It was fixed in 10 minutes.

Would I use this service again, maybe and hope that the tech is either Tyler or Todd.
