My business partner and I hired 716 Stainbusters to come in and clean our carpet on June 21,2025. Eric and MacArthur came in and did a great job getting our carpet cleaned and ready for our grand opening event. They were quick and efficient and were able to get a huge stain out of the higher traffic areas. Eric was very informative of how to move forward as far as maintenance of higher traffic areas as well. We will work with them again.

Phenomenal job! I have 8 dogs at home and they brought my carpet and furniture back to life. With a baby at home and one on the way they really took that into consideration when cleaning my rugs and furniture even doing my babies little couch for me. They gave me tips moving forward especially having the dogs that I never would have known would help. 10/10 recommend. The owner himself came out to do the job. Thank you so much gentleman I really appreciate you guys and will be in touch for my upstairs as well.

Eric and McArthur did a great job cleaning our rental apartment carpets. They were extremely professional and had the correct machines/tools to do the job. They were very knowledgeable and passionate about their job. They were very transparent about what they were doing and the cost. My apartment smelled amazing after their were done! I highly recommend!

Excellent service. These gentlemen were punctual, friendly, professional, and they did a great job, at a reasonable price! They cleaned our area rugs, our upholstered bar stools, and three sofas. They were able to get dirty pet stains out of an ivory linen sofa. All of the pieces look very clean and well taken care of. I would highly recommend using them.

They stained my carpet when they treated it with a chemical that the claimed would remove a pet stain that was invisible to the eye. When we requested information on their damage insurance policy the owner Donna said they don’t cover insurance and refused to compensate foe the damage caused by her technician - very unprofessional

I cannot recommend Chem-Dry more highly for water damage cleanup! Our area had been hit by record breaking torrential rain on a Saturday. We came into our office on Monday morning to find collapsed ceiling tiles, soaked carpeting, and standing water on some of the desks. Chem-Dry responded immediately, brought in 3 large blowers and a huge dehumidifier. It took 3 days to finish the process, ending with a complete cleaning of our carpet. During that time they stopped in to check on progress and always called ahead to let us know when they'd arrive and they always arrived when they said they would -- or even sooner! The techs Joe and John were very pleasant to work with as was Sherry in the office. I would give them 10 stars if I could!

We had our down feather couch and love seat cleaned by ChemDry. It was a great experience as they were able to arrive on the date and time that I chose. The technician, Tony, was wonderful. He called to let us know he was on the way, explained the entire process when he arrived and then went right to work. He was extremely personable, professional and efficient.
