Prompt, professional and no pressure! Didn't try to sell me on lots of extras. Actually made recommendations and listened to my cleaning needs. The tech was kind and prompt! Overall an A+ service and would not hesitate to recommend chem-dry!

We were pleased with the work that ChemDry performed.
They cleaned 3 area rugs and 2 bedrooms with carpeting.
Special attention was given to a couple of stained areas and the rugs look like new again!
Tony and his partner were very efficient and polite.

We had Alan come out and do our living room, playroom and stairs. He had a job before us and got super behind. Alan was so apologetic and so kind. He did an incredible job cleaning our carpets. He was very honest and helpful during the process. I will definitely use this company again!

Clean carpets look great, house smells great. The service man was professional, comfortable explaining what and why he was taking different steps, he was friendly and worked efficiently. He reviewed the charges before beginning work and at the end when it was time to pay . He was everything I like to see in a contractor. Great service, great product.

My experience was highly positive with Chem-Dry. I had never purchased professional carpet cleaning before, and all of my questions were answered and I was given easy instructions on how to prepare and what to expect. We had ordered for 3 different area rugs, one of them was wool and another an heirloom Turkish rug, plus our living room and bedroom carpet, with additional deodorizer. Allan was our professional, and he called in advance with his timely ETA and got right to work. He was kind, professional, thoughtful and through. It took Allan approximately 1.5 hours to complete with a 4-6 hour residual dry time. Our carpets look, feel, and smell so much better! And I value the piece of mind there were no harmful chemicals that could be bad for our child or pet dog. I highly recommend their services and would purchase again.

Our son, daughter in law, 1 yr old granddaughter along with their 3 rescue dogs came to visit for 5 weeks. When they left they called ChemDry to Shampoo our carpets. They did an amazing job! The guy that came was professional, friendly and really cared in doing a great job! We even added the tile cleaning in our kitchen and bathroom. We are 100% satisfied and will definitely call again!

Very professional , Tony and his partner were very thorough and explained all the questions I had about carpet care. They did an excellent job in my daughter's condominium. It's all carpet except for one bedroom. The carpet looks so much better and it smells fresh. I would recommend them to clean your carpet!

I can't even believe how good of a job they did! Alan was such a pleasure to work with - very professional and kind. He really did a great job getting several stains out of our meeting room. I am definitely going with Chem-Dry for all flooring needs at our church.

John and Brandon did an excellent job. The couches look brand new as does the carpets! There was no way we thought he could get the pet stains out, but hoped to reduce the stains. Joe and Ryan cleaned all of our carpets this morning. 5 rooms cleaned efficiently and professionally in a little over 1 1/2 hours. They explained everything before starting and they were both a pleasure to deal with. We highly recommend Chem-Dry!!

I had the best experience, their home office was responsive and friendly and I was able to book my cleaning the next morning. Joe was amazing and I’ll be requesting him every time! He was professional, accommodating and overall just a pleasure. My carpets and rugs were immediately transformed and dried within a few hours. No chemical smell, and I already can’t wait until the next time!

Making an appointment online was EZ and their team responded the very next morning, while accommodated a difficult appointment date. The technicians were professional and friendly. The team was John and Brandon.

John had a lot of knowledge of the type of carpet and the proper treatment. The value is exceptional, four rooms a hallway and stairs for $289 plus any pet stain protection if needed.

Chem-Dry does not spray chemicals, but rather a process of hot carbonating extraction…... That’s why it only takes a couple hours to Dry !!! Very little water used.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! Tip accordingly:)

Alan was friendly, courteous & very thorough. I had two couches, an area rug & carpeted stairs cleaned, protected and deodorized.They looked and smelled like new. I will definitely be using Chem-Dry again. Also, they are much cheaper than Stanley Steamer. I highly recommend!

My husband and I just bought a new home and wanted to have the carpets and our living room furniture cleaned. I choose ChemDry for their great reviews and also a woman owned company. The 2 men that came out were wonderful!!!! They Explained every thing they could do for us, in detail, to get the carpets clean. They were quick with the job and everything looks and smells great!!! We are very pleased with this company. In the future we need our hardwood floors cleaned and we will call ChemDry for the job!!!!
