Just had my carpets cleaned yesterday. Rob was very punctual and professional. He explained the process and the cost then started right away. The foyer, living room and stairs took a little under an hour to do. And the services were extremely affordable. The carpets look amazing and they smell good too! (I added the deodorizer and protectant as well for additional cost- and definitely worth it!) Will be calling this company again in the future. And will also highly recommend to friends and family. Well done!

I made an appointment with Rob to get my air ducts cleaned. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. I’d highly recommend him for any service he offers.

Amazing owner and amazing job done on the seats and carpet of my truck, that was quite literally soaked in mud and hair from my 2 German shepherds and my 5 year old son. I really couldn't believe how fast he had it done. Super friendly, fun to talk to and does an amazing job! Carpets look jet black again! Absolutely will be using him for other stuff and having my truck done regularly now!

We met Rob from Astonoshine at the Buffalo Home Show and were impressed with him and his business, especially the great price and his friendliness. He explained what he was going to do with our tub (refinishing), and he did exactly that. He did an amazing job! He is not only a quality refinisher, he is honest, trustworthy, and of upstanding character. If I hadn't been home during the work I would've had no apprehension at all just letting him do his work alone, without us being home. You can certainly trust him from the moment you meet him and will be very pleased with his exceptional work. When we're done with our upstairs bathroom remodel we won't hesitate to call Rob to refinish that tub, as well. Very happy with the service we received!

I was coordinating having two tubs refinished for clients of mine who live out of state. Rob showed up to the job site and asked for payment before the job even started which is not common. I gave him the owner phone number who was in a meeting at the time. Rob called once and then simply just left. I reached out to ask what had happened and Rob refused to answer any calls or texts after that. The texts were not angry or anything just asking for an update if the work was done or what had happened. No response at all to several calls or texts. This made me look horrible to my clients for hiring someone so unprofessional that can’t even respond to a call or text like a child and at least say he was not doing the job and explain why just crickets. This delayed our ability to list the home and caused a ton of headaches all over simple communication. I don’t care if this gentleman does good work just handles business very poorly.

Extremely fast and reliable! Called him over the weekend and was here early Monday morning after one of my pets peed on my rug & I spilled makeup on my tan rug. Rob was wonderful to work with and the price was unbeatable!

10/10 will be using him again in the future!

Rob went above and beyond getting my carpet 1000% cleaner in it was especially with 3 young kids. I am definitely recommending him to everyone I know! I called his company on Friday afternoon and he was out within 2 days! He is even going out on his own time and finding the cleaner I need for my couch!

Great and hard working group of employees, they were both very thorough and meticulous with A deep clean on my mother's house that was very far unto needing it. They went above and beyond and stayed late to finish all tasks and didn't see anyone not moving at any time. From the office staff to the cleaners every was super friendly and accommodating and after a final talk with office staff I was happy to report a successful day and would recommend City of good maids services to anyone in need of cleaning even in super need they took care of it all.
