If you're in need of a new roof or gutters you will want to hire Sahlem's Roofing and Siding. I just hired them and couldn't be happier with the whole experience. They were punctual, hard working, very professional,
and the completed job was done in one day and looks fantastic!

Recently had a roof replacement, complete tear off of three layers of existing asphalt shingles! We couldn't be happier with the results and the Landmark Pro Shingles. They came in one day and completed the entire tear off and install with an army of workers who were absolutely wonderful starting with Tony. I was hesitant on calling based on poor reviews of the service Sahlems Roofing provided. I could not disagree more with these negative reviews, so glad we decided to go with them. Would highly recommend for any roof replacements and look forward to doing business with them again in the future on siding my house.

Sahlem's sided our house in the spring , and we're very pleased with the quality of the work, as well as the crew. They were professional and we enjoyed working with them. We chose green siding with tan accents and it turned out beautiful ! Pricing was reasonable too.

We just had a total roof replacement on our home. While they were on time and did complete the job, their professionalism left a lot to be desired. First, they came down the driveway and ripped the internet and phone line off the pole with their truck. When the second truck came, it actually hit one of their own workers who had to fling himself away using the bumper before actually getting hurt. I had the impression of a crew of ‘hot dogs’. I wish they would be mindful that this is a private residence, and not a construction site. People inside take offence to swearing and this is a family setting with children. Finally, we have had to pick up over 400 nails SO FAR from around the house with hand held magnets. How are we supposed to drive around and get our firewood, or let the grandkids play in our yard again? The only compliment goes to the gutter crew, who did a great job on reinstalling the gutters with the guards. Other than that, I would not recommend.

I drive by their facility every day. Was impressed with their facility and website. Scheduling estimates and the soonest he could "offer" was two and a half weeks into the future. I'm scheduling other estimates for next day with companies who ask what's convenient for me..have two scheduled so far with AAA rated companies. I said I'd call back..maybe I will in two and a half weeks

1 1/2 weeks ago I scheduled an appointment for a roof estimate today between 9 a.m. and noon. It is now 12:50 p.m. and no one showed up. After looking at my Ring camera, I noticed someone arrived at 8:22 a.m., walked around my house and left by 8:25 a.m. I called and was told they would call me back, no call back. I guess they are not interested in new business. Too big for their britches. How unprofessional.

Wow! What a great, friendly, professional crew. On time. Did fantastic work. Cleanup was impeccable. Roof looks amazing. Even alone with a large crew of men around me I never felt unsafe for even a moment. Answered all my questions. I highly recommend. Thank you for a job well done.

Very happy with the installation of my new roof. They were very proficient and worked quickly and you could tell they wanted to protect the rest of the house while they worked. They even came the next day and powerwashed the house. Now, the key will be how well the roof holds up but so far, so good.

Our roofing experience we had with Sahlem's was completely stress free. Even with our new covid19 norm they made this so easy. We have had many homes and hired many contractors but Sahlem was the best. I had recently planted flowers and bushes close to the house and they did not damage anything. Not one branch of a bush! Amazing!! We have dogs and I was worried about nails. Once again nothing! Everything was completed and cleaned up in one day. Those guys are amazing, friendly and courteous. The gutter guys came, excellent job and to top it off they come back and powerwash the house!
Mark was so helpful, knowledgeable and got things moving for us once the shutdown was over.

Just had my roof done and could not be happier. They came out with in two Days to give me a estimate. After I approved the quote they came out about a week after to do the roof. Tear off And re roofed in one day and it’s not a small house (just over 2000 sq) next day gutter crew came in and out on new gutters and then anouter guy came to do a final clean and power washed the house. Very happy would recommend.

We are very happy with the work from the Sahlem Team (Siding, windows, gutters). From our first meeting with George to the final clean - up, the work was top-notch. After discussing the project with several contractors, George came up with solutions to address all our needs and made the entire process easy to understand and made us feel comfortable during the decision making process. My house has a lot of knooks and crannies and little detail work and these guys didn't cut any corners. I looked for things to complain about and simply couldn't find any. While Sahlem’s did a good job with my new roof, I’m having a problem with one new gutter on the garage. When it rains, water comes out a seam in the gutter instead of down the drainpipe.In spite of three phone calls and promises of a return call, no one has reached out to fix this. I am truly disappointed and upset.

This Team Is the best and very professional ! I had soffit and fasca repaired and trimed and my gutters replaced. They did an excellent job in a timely manner. Most places put me out 3 weeks just to get an estimate. Sahlems gave me an estimate and completed the job in under a week !

This is a top notch outfit that offers a superior experience when it comes to replacing a roof. They Did a complete tear off, and replacement on my 2200 square foot home in 2012. They started and finished in 11 hours. Not a Nail in the grass, or driveway and never found one after they left. It has been 10 years since they replaced it and it looks as good as the day they put it on. I had one issue after the Snow-vember storm where there is an awkward place where 3 peaks/troughs come together and they came out and took care of the issue the day I called.
Never hesitate, pricing is comparable not highest not lowest, go with Sahlem's and you will not be sorry down the road! Thank you Sahlem's!

My home in West Seneca had second story gutters collapse due to the snowstorm. The storm also did roofing damage. We called Sahlem's Roofing + Siding because of their strong reputation in WNY. They delivered a quote immediately, and surprisingly began work in a week. They're a very professional crew and organization. I was very pleased I called them to remedy what ended up being a short term catastrophe.

The crew arrived on time, immediately went to work. Coordination of job duties was amazing.
It was a great team effort and they got the roof tear off and installation done in record time in 90 degree temperatures. Everyone cleaned up. Neighbors have had various contractors working for them, I observed on several occasions their contractors wasting time on their cell phones, I not once observed any of Sahlems employees on their phones wasting time. So impressed with this company.

My husband and I were very pleased with our roof replacement by Sahlem's. They arrived on time, polite, and followed up with excellent clean up. Their company was easy to work with. Would highly recommend .

We were unsure if we needed repairs or a new roof in late October. We called 4 different companies including Sahlems at the suggestion of our neighbor. They came the next day after we left a message. The owner did his estimates...going on the roof etc. He ended up giving us a quote far below all the other companies and included in that a new skylight for our house,instead of just shoring up the old one. He also suggested a leaf guard filter if we wished at a much better price than they give in the advertising world.
The next day after checking reviewsand the BBB...we called and committed. We expected a down payment but did not have to do one--nice touch. The owner had told us it could be a month before they get to us...but 1 week later they called and said they had an opening and could they come the next day..
They came before seven to start moving things.. drape the house etc. They spent the day tearing off and replacing and by the end of the day they were done They did a amazing clean up and pick up job. You would not have known a new roof was done. The next morning a crew came to put in the leaf guards and were done in a few hours. They also did an amazing job...even putting in another gutter spout to pull water away from house.
From beginning to end from workers to office staff and owner...it was a great experience. I will definitely use them again if needed.

5 out of 5 stars, very professional, timely, and reasonably priced. Have used them on two occasions now for repairs and both times returned my calls same day and had a crew over within another day or two. Almost unheard of in today's world to even get a call back within weeks, let alone get the actual work done. One of the best contracting services of any type I have used in the Southtowns area.

I was extremely satisfied with the professional advice I received from Bill. I knew my roof was in good condition. I did however need the rain water to drain to the gutter. An explanation, an estimate and the crew came on a 90 degree day, job complete. I would definitely recommend Sahlens Roofing . Timely, professional, courteous and well established company in the area.

A decade ago these guys did a siding job for my rear neighbor that unfortunately took forever. The only reason I cared is because we had a small chain link fence separating our yards & my Wife had to watch the Sahlem's guys relieve themselves next to my neighbor's shed every day for like a week using only a short piece of blue Styrofoam insulation as their "cover".

Fast forward many years & I drive by their roofing job on Michael Rd. in West Seneca & literally one of their guys is relieving himself against the customer's house in full view of anyone driving by as well as the neighbors.

I'm pretty sure it's an OSHA violation to not provide proper bathrooms for your employees so they should be bringing/have portable toilets brought to these job sites to meet labor & health laws. This is clearly a pattern that has gone on for quite awhile & the only reason I did not report them to the town a decade ago is because I didn't want an issue with my neighbor. Not sure about the work that they do, but this is my experience with the company first-hand.
