They just did our siding and gutters on our entire home. They had to tear off the old siding first. They were quick and thorough. They repaired parts of the house so the siding would hang better and it was all included in the price. The trim around the windows and doors is better than before. The total price was lower than other bids we got and the quality is outstanding. It all looks amazing. And they were professional and cheerful. They even cleaned up our yard when they were done. We've received tons of compliments on how great the house looks. Thanks to the Sahlems' crew.

Recently had a complete tear off with new roof and new gutters installed on our house and garage.

The workmanship and promptness of Sahlem’s far exceeded our expectations. Their crew showed up promptly in the morning and had the job done efficiently and well done. They did a great job cleaning up as well.

I am currently in the process of a project but so far I am so pleased with this company! They had someone out to give me an estimate for a new roof and gutters within a few days of calling. I got a quote a few days later and they came out within a few weeks to do the project! Their pricing was very competitive and fair. The staff has been so professional and courteous as well to help make everything run smoothly. I am so excited for my new roof and gutters!

Being in a service business ourselves I can't say enough on how we were treated. Sahlem's was reasonably priced, extremely efficient, accommodating to our schedule and very neat. We would definitely recommend them and will most definitely use them in the future for our other location in Hamburg. Second time I’ve used them for gutters and roof. Prices are reasonable and show up when scheduled or earlier. Outstanding job, clean and beautiful. Will definitely call again on my next property.

I first used Sahlems back in 2010 for new soffits and gutters. That job was very smooth and the price was the most reasonable. May 2025, the 24 year old roof needed replacing. Sahlems was the most reasonable of all estimates for the complete tear off, roof and new gutters (the current gutters were ok but have to come off to do the "gap wrap" and cannot be reused). The next closest estimate was almost 4k more and was only for the roof...no gutters. The crew was very polite and the foreman Rick answered all ?'s. They worked very efficiently and protected the house and landscape and completed extensive clean up, going over the whole yard and street for nails. We are now waiting for special pipe boots that I requested to arrive and they will be back out to swap those in place.

There was a problem that arose with the materials that was not initially caught. When discovered, the owner, Bill Sahlem stood behind his company and his reputation, immediately offering several solutions to remedy the issue to our satisfaction. Mr. Sahlem's response speaks volumes about his integrity and reinforces his company's reputation. I highly recommend Sahlem roofing.

We had gutters, soffits and fascia all replaced. All the new fascia and existing exposed wood were wrapped in color matching aluminum. The crew did a wonderful job and came back to make two minor adjustments to downspouts from one roof elevation to another. The cost was very reasonable and a pleasant surprise nowadays. Highly recommended !

I hired Sahlem's Roofing to tear off and install a new roof on my home. A concern I had was that my home is situated on a heavily treed lot with limited access to the home. Not only did Rick and his crew install a great new roofing system, they were careful to not damage any of the trees on my property. Could not ask for more. The next morning Eric and his crew came and installed the gutters with the same results. I will have them back for a couple of other projects. Word of mouth is the best advertisement. Thank You
