GREAT service and also the best price I got out of several quotes to take down 2 huge overgrown maple trees from my backyard that had grown through and around 3 electrical cables. The men that work for him are thorough and very professional. They COMPLETELY cleaned up the remnants of the stumps that were ground down too. Lou got back to me immediately any time I called or texted him. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs their services.

Hired Bartlett to trim back my 100+ year old tree. We wanted to do whatever we could to preserve and stabilize it. Their team was attentive, answered all our questions, and were quick to schedule and complete the work. They tidied up the yard very well (and definitely removed fallen branches that were there before they even arrived). I'd definitely use their services again.

Joe (Koala) was very nice and helpful. He gave us a detailed estimate for each tree he looked at. It is alot to comprehend because it's 5 separate estimates. Some trees are not worth the time because they're aged out.

Have a schedule today for tree fungicide spraying . I had the gut feeling that I was not on their list today for some reason. I got a call back from Michael Record saying that their truck was broken and it has to be driven back home for service, so they could not spray my trees despite the fact that we have informed all our neighbors of the tree spraying service today. I went online to check the reviews of Bartlett and found out that they cancel their appointments on the last minute frequently and use broken truck service as a reason. Beware!!. Use another tree company!

Job took 5 months for a tree removal & stump grinding. No one calls back, no one shows up for repeated appts. & we took days off from work to accommodate.
Even after paying them in full the contract amt. they keep sending bills for services that were included in the original contract!
I would not recommend this company at all. I would give a zero star if that was an option. Unprofessional and absolute total disregard for the customer once the contract is signed.

We had been a client of Bartlett's Tree Experts and were pleased with our initial visit. The work was good and the price fair for the services rendered. However, after the hurricane we could not get any one to come out to our property to assess the damage even after having several appointments that were either missed or ignored. We had a scheduled appointment before the storm on 10/29/12 and could not get any one from Bartlett's to the house until 12/3/12 after a threatening phone call. I had to personally cut up large trees in the back yard with a hand saw for an entire day while waiting for Bartlett's to show up. They proceeded to have 4 men clean up a 20x30 foot area of debris that I piled and my lawn care people cleaned all of the smaller items. they also cut down one medium sized branch for a grand total of 2000 dollars. We had similar companies quote us 700 dollars to clean up the yard but we are loyal clients. We have since switched to a similar and far more scrupulous company. Please do yourself a favor and do not use this company.

A tree on my property died and I needed it to get taken down. It was well into fall so I expected that it would be hard to find someone to take care of it for me. Bartlett was quick to respond and was on site to give me a quote and offer some advice about about neighboring trees and shrubs.

I felt the quote was reasonable and they said they would have someone out within 3 weeks. I missed the first call the 2nd week but they had someone in the area in the estimated time and took care of it. The stump remove took a bit longer. When I called to ask about it they got someone out the very same week.

For a small business I think they did a great job. I'll use them in the future if I need any other tree work.

Professional, knowledgeable and neat. Trimmed my neighbors 77yo oak tree to get it off my driveway as much as possible. Tree looks great and I'm very happy. Would not hesitate to use Bartlett again. Thank you.

Bartlett did a great job on my Crabapple trees and huge Juniper bushes. The shape of the trees is perfect, and I appreciate how much dead wood and clutter were removed. Even clearing away some large branches that were overhanging my roof was done without damaging the structure of the tree. It looks great. Thanks!
