Dominick was very professional and efficient. He quickly located my dryer wall vent, which was hidden in the attic, and thoroughly cleaned it from both inside and outside. Although the vent was left loosely sealed at first, he promptly returned the next morning to fix it. My dryer, which had been about 90% blocked, now works perfectly.

Dominick arrived within the time frame we scheduled, and he introduced himself and he was very pleasant, respectful and considerate. I asked him to put booties on his boots and he had no problem with that. I watched him as he cleaned inside the dryer and the vent, and he was extremely efficient, and used a shop vac to get all the dirt.
