Howard from Pro Mechanical was an absolute pleasure to work with. He came by to fix a leaking tub and toilet, and not only did he do a flawless job, but he was also professional, punctual, and respectful of our home. You can tell he really takes pride in his work and knows what he’s doing. What really stood out was that he even called the next day to follow up and make sure everything was still working perfectly — that kind of care and attention is rare these days. We’re so glad we called Pro Mechanical. Highly recommend Howard and the team for any plumbing needs!

Howie installed a new HW heater recently. He did it quickly and cleaned up everything after. He has also done various service repairs for me around my home. Howie is very reliable. He came on time. All the work was done perfectly and he cleaned up after himself. I can recommend him highly.

I used Pro Mechanical Plumbing over 10 years ago when I lost heat. Howard came and replaced the thermo coupler and explained my heating system to me.
Fast forward 10 year and 2 months later, I lost heat again during the start of our polar vortex (or whatever the news is calling this). I tried to re-ignite the pilot using what Howard taught me previously, but no luck. So I called Pro Mechanical Plumbing around 6:30pm and Howard came over around 7:45pm. The thermo coupler needed replacing and Howard also noticed the expansion tank was full of water and the relief valve had a drip. Doing a holistic approach, he replaced the old water supply valve that maintains a constant PSI and has a backflow preventer, the expansion tank, the relief valve, and replaced the cast iron pipe from the relief valve with a copper pipe … basically everything that he taught me about the system over a decade ago when he estimated they would need to be replaced in 5-6 years (10 years ago), so my system was on borrowed time. Howard did the work and cleaned everything up in less than 2 hours and now I have heat! I couldn’t be happier with the service I received.

I contacted Pro Mechanical Plumbing Inc. for an issue with my electric water heater. They never came out to inspect the unit and only asked for photos before recommending a full system replacement.

When I requested an in-person inspection to properly diagnose the problem, I was told they did not want to fix it.

I later contacted Rudco Plumbing & Heating, who actually came to my home, inspected the water heater, explained exactly which parts needed to be replaced, completed the repair, and provided a warranty. I now have hot water throughout the house with no issues.

The problem did not require replacing the entire system, and I likely saved a significant amount of money by getting a proper diagnosis. I would recommend getting an in-person inspection before agreeing to any major replacement.

Pro Mechanical is so reliable and amazing! Whenever we have an issue, he’s here quickly to fix it (like tonight!). No waiting days for an appointment. His pricing is very affordable. I have recommended him to family and friends.

So we’ve had Howard come out and do some repairs on our heater in the past as well as changing out the nest thermostats back to a non-programmable thermostat. We will continue to having him come out if needed! He has the greatest prices out of any other company! Thanks Howard once again sir! We appreciate you so much for everything!!
