While we were on vacation, our dog expressed her displeasure with our absence on the area rug in my daughter's room. Our dog sitter didn't notice, and so we had a nice mess on our hands when we got home. Bowerman made the rug even better than it was when it was new. I've used cheaper service providers and got what I paid for. Bowerman was worth the wait and the price. If you care about your rug, use these guys.

My basement had a sewage backup and the entire area had to be cleaned up thoroughly. From the moment I gave Bowerman Cleaning & Restoration a call, they were very fast and responsive with the turnaround time and Rodrigo communicated with us throughout the whole process to make sure the project was completed as quickly and efficiently as possible. The Bowerman crew accurately assessed the work to be done, including recommending work we needed and were not aware of, and provided a reasonable and quick estimate. They came on time to perform the work, worked super hard, and did a great job. I'd use them again whenever I need to.

We had three rugs cleaned in the factory. Two men showed up just a few minutes early to pick up the rugs. We had pretty much cleared the area for them but before they would leave they helped us put some of our furniture back. They would’ve cleared it all I’m sure if we hadn’t done it. They called us back just a little over a week from when they took them, though they had told us two weeks. And they arrive today and very efficiently put in the rugs in exactly the right places. They were extremely courteous and helpful and friendly. And the rugs look good!

We had a sewer backup in our home. Bowerman came in to mitigate the cleanup, They were thorough, precise, on time, and always polite. They cleaned up each night to the extent possible. They were sensitive to the fact that I was still in the home and made accommodations for me to be able to use rooms not affected. They were patient with the various questions I had and gave advice when appropriate. I would highly recommend them.

We had a pump stop working in the basement which backed up sewage into a bathroom and carpet area. We called Bowerman, and Rodrigo arrived within a couple of hours to evaluate. Cleaning was done as soon as the insurance company approved and restoration including laying down Vinyl, replacing moldings, carpet on stairs, painting was done shortly thereafter led by Juliano. The quality of work, punctuality, and kindness during a stressful situation was amazing. I’d highly recommend the Bowerman team.

Our basement playroom carpet had been flooded and when dry, it needed to be cleaned. The men were very professional and friendly, and explained what they were doing. They did an excellent job and I will
certainly use them again in future. Happy to recommend this company.

Have used Bowerman Cleaning for my annual spring cleaning for my home. Carpet cleaning.

This year we delayed our usual spring cleaning and decided this time to have our couches & carpets cleaned .

The office was able to accommodate a schedule for me that worked. The gentlemen that came to do the work were on time. They were abiding all precautions and my family was very comfortable with them in our rooms. Masks / shoe covers and thier cleanliness while cleaning was really impressive.

Attention pet people ! 2 dogs that shed and a furry cat -my vacuuming was nothing compared to Bowerman Cleaning. My carpets full of pet hair and a slime spill were left immaculate. Slime spill was gone ! The couches I have (cloth and micofiber material= full of cat fur) were cleaned. The guys even cleaned each throw pillow.

I'm very happy with the fresh feeling my carpets and couches have.

I know already that I'll schedule them for my next cleaning. A+

As a result of our boiler malfunctioning, we had to have the house cleaned & painted from top to bottom as well as other environmental clean-up procedures.
We chose Bowerman to handle the work and we’re so glad we did.
From beginning to end, Adrian and his team(s) were excellent.
Adrian coordinated everything as well as with the insurance company so that we did not have the extra stress during a challenging situation.
He always responded to our texts and phone calls and he did everything he said he would do as well as reassuring us that all the different aspects of the clean-up were approved with the insurance company.
His crew(s) showed up everyday and on time. They were respectful, trustworthy and worked hard, especially on the initial cleaning and replacing the sheet rocked basement ceiling, which were very difficult tasks.
We would definitely recommend Bowerman for any cleaning and restoration needs.

Everyone at Bowerman was extremely professional and on top of things. We got some flooding in our basement with the heavy rains. Chris showed up the same day for an estimate, and the next morning they were quickly able to do damage control and dry everything out and save the basement walls. Shout out to Jonathan and Shawn (sorry if I didn't spell your names correctly!) for being amazing and literally putting everything in my basement on raising blocks to prevent further water damage. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

This is the second time I have used Bowerman Cleaning & Restoration to clean a rug and a couch. The crew was was great. They were on time and made sure I got everything I needed done. They pointed out areas they worked hard on and even some of the areas they were not able to get perfect. Would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for a cleaning of high traffic furniture, rugs, and carpet.

I've used Bowerman Cleaning & Restoration for years for my upholstery, carpet, oriental, & tile and grout cleaning. Recently, we called them to take care of a mold situation in our basement. They were wonderful! The staff was incredible and the job was handled in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend them!

I brought Bowerman in after another company dropped the ball on our water mitigation problem. They were prompt, super-polite and knowledgeable. They explained thoroughly what they were going to do, and then they did exactly that. They kept in touch for the duration of the project, and finished exactly when they said they would, and the job was completely and professionally completed. They also cleaned up after themselves, so you couldn't have known they were even there. Great experience overall, and I highly recommend them.

Excellent service. They called me to let me know they'd be a little late (so simple to do, yet how many do it?), when they arrived they were so polite and thorough in their explanations, and after when I looked at their work, they pointed out what they were not able to remove and explained it carefully. Had two sofas, two chairs, area rug and small carpet cleaned.Highly recommended.

We had a flood from the water/ice line in our refrigerator damaging our kitchen and even more so the basement below. Chris and his team at Bowerman came the same day my insurance company recommended I call them! Talk about responsive. They had the all right equipment , expertise, and manpower to do the job and everyone was so nice and hardworking. Jaime came to do the restoration which was a challenging in my odd shaped almost 100 year old house. He did a fabulous job solving problems and making things look even better than before our flood.
