I’m very happy to discover Bowerman for carpet cleaning. The company is a pleasure to deal with from the first phone call, to scheduling, to having actual work done. They have very transparent pricing for carpet cleaning—no extra trips for an estimate. Scheduling was easy, and the team of two arrived on time. Jonathan and his assistant were very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I have hyper sensitivities to chemicals and odors, and we were able to quickly discuss and come down with the right product and technique for the job.
They worked very quickly and thoroughly, lifting every piece of furniture and getting to all the corners of my wall-to-wall carpets. The rooms came out clean and fresh. And even my hyper sensitive self could not pick up dust or dander in the air.
The carpets came out so good and the air in the rooms improved so much, that I had Bowerman come back the following week to clean the rest of the rooms and the hallways. This time it was JG, and my experience was just as flawless.
Thank you Bowerman! You are now my go to company for carpet cleaning, and I have to clean them frequently :)

Jose and his team took over a major renovation from another contractor and did a fantastic job to finish within budget. They were very professional, reliable and explained what they were doing, while providing examples of the completed product. That way, we were able to determine our best option. Additionally, I believe the most important thing about Jose and JD Contracting, is they care about the quality of work they produce. This to me shows the type of commitment that is rare in the industry.

Jose and his crew were very reliable and did excellent work with reasonable prices. I was turned away by many people because I didn’t want to do a complete gutting of my kitchen. Not Jose. He gave me an estimate, started and completed the work timely and it is gorgeous. He even saved my big cabinet he removed to install a dishwasher. That was very important for me. (Painted cabinets, new countertops, tiled backsplash, installed dishwasher, painted walls) JD Contracting is the only company I will use going forward.

He just redid our shower which was leaking down into our living room. Very nice and knowledgeable man. What I really liked is that he took the time out to explain everything and looked to save us money when he could. The highest rating you can a give a contractor is by planning to use them again and I plan to do that. I highly recommend him.

We underwent a full house remodel that included new drywall, floors, painting, kitchen and bathroom. We met with lot of contractors and ultimately selected United City Tech Corp. They weren’t the cheapest but in the middle somewhere. But from the start Omer showed the excellent customer service and attention to detail that we came to appropriate more and more as the job went on.

I hired United City Tech Construction to do a complete renovation of my apartment (bathrooms, closets, bedrooms, paint, etc.). Omar and his staff took extremely good care of me and my project. They were always available, and responsive, and their work was top-notch. The level of work and service I acquired from them was incredible. In addition to being available and responsive, they were also honest about what could and could not be done, and their pricing was fair. I will hire them again if I ever have to remodel another place, and I highly suggest them.

We hired United City Tech Corp after we suffered water damage to our apartment. Mirza and his crew did an excellent job on all facets of the work. They removed the damaged flooring and installed new. They took care to move and protect all our furniture. They repaired the drywall and did a wonderful job painting. They also removed the backsplash and installed new, as well as putting back the cabinet and dishwasher that had been removed to take care of the water damage. But most of all, we appreciated the professionalism and level of communication through the process. I would recommend highly.
