Excellent overall job. I requested a deep clean for my 1 bedroom condo. Silvia and Llamile arrived on time and cleaned non-stop for 3 hours. They spent a lot of time cleaning the bathroom and kitchen, which was great. The windows and mirrors are spotless with no streaks. I was present the whole time and didn't notice any toxic fumes. They were also very friendly. Definitely would recommend!

We had the best experience working with Maid Brigade. My daughter was moving into a new apartment in Tarrytown and It needed a deep cleaning that required a professional touch. Several of my friends and neighbors had raved about this company so I decided to give It a try. The team arrived with all of their own cleaning supplies and equipment and even put booties over their shoes. When they were done cleaning, every inch of the apartment sparkled. In addition, the office staff were easy to work with and extremely responsive to my needs. I highly recommend this company and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

The initial deep cleaning was great. Everything after was unfortunately subpar. After they left there was still hair on my bathroom floor and sink wasn’t touched.

I was looking for a cleaning service for an elderly relative who lives alone in an apartment and needs help to maintain a clean and sanitary environment. I came across Two Maids and am so glad I did! My relative also has limited vision so cautioned Two Maids that I had what I thought was a lengthy list of do's and don'ts for the cleaners. I was told the list was not a problem and they would do their best to honor it. After their initial "deep clean" visit, my relative couldn't sing their praises high enough. They were so kind and respectful, and very hard working. Other than a few minor issues, which were quickly addressed, the job they did was absolutely fabulous! They have been regularly cleaning my relative's apartment for over three months now and continue to maintain their high standards of service and professionalism--we couldn't be more pleased!

They paid attention to details I hadn't anticipated, such as cleaning the walls and windows, resulting in a complete transformation. Their communication was professional, seeking my approval on each room after cleaning and ensuring every corner was spotless. As someone with dust allergies, the deep cleaning made a tangible difference. I was impressed by their promptness and ability to accommodate quick bookings. The manager even checked in at the end and came in person to confirm everything was satisfactory and I had no issues. I will certainly use their services again.

Working with Christa and her team was an excellent experience from start to finish. The process was seamless right from the beginning. Christa was very upfront and honest about the services they provided, offering valuable suggestions along the way. She was incredibly responsive and communicative, ensuring we were always informed.

I had a great experience with the cleaners. I hired them for a deep cleaning. I came home and my whole apartment was shiny, they made sure to clean the things I listed specifically as well, all my baseboards were clean. The tile in the tub was shiny. I highly recommend them. The floors and even my blinds were so clean and sparkly. I give them 5 stars and will definitely use them again for another deep cleaning when needed!!

Sara and Mari were thoughtful and detailed as they cleaned our apartment, they moved furniture to clean baseboards and left the apartment feeling so fresh and clean. Christa, I am 100% talking about you. I am even referring to your name. And no one reading this would think that my actual name is 'Honest Reviewer' although you seem to be trying to make my review look like a fake one. I just realized way later that I forgot to add explanation to my review to your business when I initially graded you years ago, as I barely leave reviews. I am also not going to reach out to you nor let you know who I am because I'm really not comfortable with dealing with you after your rude behavior.

I don't think the owner/manager Christa was polite to me. So just like most other cleaning services, they also have the same policy that the 1st time deep cleaning has be to done prior to the subscription. This initial deep cleaning is way higher in price due to the nature of it. I had this initial deep cleaning from them a while back. Although I wasn't the happiest about their job it also wasn't too bad, but I didn't want to sign up for their regular service. Instead I decided to see if I can manage cleaning my house by myself. After a few months I realized that I really need a cleaning service subscription. So I called and asked if I can start having regular services every other week skipping the initial cleaning since it had been done a while ago. Christa's answer was no and she told me I need to have the initial cleaning once again. Well that's fair if this is their policy. But the manner she had letting me know of it was definitely not appropriate. She was very condescending and unkind. So the deal was off and I found another provider. Afterwards, Christa sends me a text message asking me if I need their service out of nowhere but she didn't even spell my name right which is a very basic and common one. I know that I'm not the only one who had issues with her attitude, proved by some other reviews. The actual cleaning job is one thing but when there are many other options for cleaning services, any client would want to have a service representative who's got kind and professional work manners.

I cannot recommend Two Maids more! They did an incredible job! My house looked brand new after they had been there. I cannot put into words how grateful I am for all the hard work I know they put into it. This one time deep clean was the best decision I’ve made. I will definitely be using their services again!

People from Two Maids are always on time and take their job seriously. My house is always as clean as I need it to be after they leave.

The women are lovely and do a very thorough job very quickly…they are very mindful of my pets which I very much appreciate.
