I had Bellantoni install about 200 feet of french drains on my house lot in White Plains in November 2021. The work was done with great care and to a very high standard. The team charged with the work were outstanding, they were well experienced and worked very hard to get the job done in a day and a half, leaving the property in the best condition imaginable. But beyond this I was impressed that Bellantoni is a truly professional organization where the management and office staff are totally businesslike and responsive. They always returned calls promptly and kept me fully informed. Importantly, the organization provided its workers with the right kind of mechanical equipment and support to do the work correctly. In total this speaks to a company that works well at all levels. Over the years I have dealt with a number of landscaping contractors but I think that Bellantoni takes landscaping service to a superior level. One that I have not previously experienced.

Highly recommend this company. Everyone is professional, special shout out to Gavin, Paul, and Michael B himself! They worked with me on better waterproofing my landscape and we utilized beautiful rocks to help with the waterflow. It looks great! They truly went above and beyond.

Bellantoni Landscaping did a wonderful job, putting my house in the market and sales rep had great suggestions to spruce up the curb appeal. Final results were amazing house presented beautifully. Can’t thank the Bellantoni team enough for their effort.

The Bellantoni group were well organized,efficient, and responsive. The work was completed to exactly how we wanted it. With David’s direction and his skilled team the work was completed within a reasonable time. Check ins happened throughout the project with adjustments along the way. Michael and his team were excellent and solved issues we've been dealing with on our property for 30 years. His quote came in comparable to the others (some much higher and some slightly lower), but the expertise, quality of work, follow-up, aesthetic appeal, and problem solving were unique to any other experience we've had. Highly recommend!

Michael Bellantoni has provided landscape maintenance services at our home for over 10 years. In addition, we have engaged them for special projects, such as design and installation of a retaining wall, drainage system and tree planting. In all respects, we have been very pleased with the quality of their work, reliability, and friendly team members.

Please be very careful if you engage this company. They are shady, and try very hard to rip you off. I recently had them switch on my sprinklers. They did not show up after giving me an appointment twice. Finally they did show up unannounced, did the 20 min work and gave me an invoice which was higher than what I expected. I didn’t have my checkbook so I was told I could mail in the payment. Next day, I get another invoice over email which has $300 on top of the original invoice. It was charged as the “sprinkler on/off fixed”. So they’re charging me a fixed price that they never told me about, on top of labor, time and parts. And they have the worst customer service of any company I’ve ever worked with. Avoid them like the plague.

Edit: Answering Michael's reply: Michael, I did not post a negative review months after the work was done just because you reached out for payment. I have had multiple phone calls and email exchanges with a number of customer care executives in your company and I gave you multiple chances to engage with me. Not only did eveyone refuse to be helpful in any way, the blatant disregard to my complaints and emails every time I had to talk with someone new just shows how much you actually care about customer feedback. There is a reason in my original review I have mentioned that your customer service is the worst I've had to deal with.
I know it's hard to hear critical feedback, less so on a public forum. But it's not easy to give this critical feedback either and I tried my best to engage with your team before I did this. And I am gonna follow this up with a complaint to Better Business Bureau and any other avenues I could find. Now you can imagine how bad of an experience I must have had with your company.
I really wish no one else has to go through that.

Bellantoni has been maintaing mine and my daughters house for years and is always reliable and detail oriented. There crews are very respectful and our account manager is great.
The office staff is always availble to answer any of my questions or concerns. I give Bellantoni a big thumbs in all aspects of what they do for us.

I decided to write this review to warn other homeowners of Bellantoni. They are by far are the most expensive landscaping company I got in touch with, but I decided to hire them anyway because at first, they seemed professional and knowledgeable. Nothing could be further than what I experienced with them.
I asked them to develop a large landscaping project for my front and back yard. The most noticeable issue with it was the quality of the plants. Many died and most of it didn’t develop. We spend the entire season (spring/summer) with the minimal number of flowers. My plant beds just looked empty and ugly throughout the property.
When I realized, the plants weren’t going to grow, I started to look further into it and I realized that they did not plant the number of plants they charged me for. The difference was pretty large. They claim that the plants just died, but it was approximately 60 plants, so I have a hard time believing that.
Along the way we had many other issues – they left my driveway and entrance covered in mud after a job, mulch falling off the plant bed, grass sod that died right after being planted, irresponsiveness to requests…
Even the plants that did grow were ugly and not taken care of, even thought we aid for a weekly maintenance (see the pictures)
Bellantoni was such a disappointment and by far the worst service company I ever dealt with. Stay away!
