Diego and the staff of Mr Handyman were fantastic in repairing my drafty door. Walked me through the process, went above and beyond, worked fast, and was respectful of my house and my time. Excellent!

Durim Leka of Mr. Handyman of Westchester was courteous, very nice, a hard worker and communicated with me throughout the various tasks he did. He hung multiple photos, repaired a banister and hung a light fixture in my home and did a great job.

From everyone I spoke to on the phone, to our technician, Durim, the process was smooth and very professional! Durim arrived on time and was very kind and friendly. He installed our baby gates seamlessly. I probably paid a little more than I wanted to considering the service being done, but I’m new to Westchester and wanted these installed ASAP. They were very upfront and accurate with their estimate, and couldn’t have asked for a faster, easier process. So thank you!

It’s been about a year now but will never use again. First, I told them I needed metal screens to replace and they brought cheap plastic. The worker was nice enough but the work was just ok. Within a year, one of the 4 screens he replaced has already come apart and the gaskets have all peeled away. The cost was pretty high, which would have been ok if the quality was good…. But it isn’t. I’ll need to have the screens replaced again this year and will not be using Mr Handyman for this or anything else.

We have used Mr. Handyman for several projects and have had the pleasure of working with Diego for the past two . He is always on time, meticulous for jobs both large (reattaching kitchen cabinets) and small (replacing old door knobs) and makes sure everything is spotless when he leaves! I would not hesitate to use his and Mr. Handyman's services again.

I don't very often offer my opinion on purchases or services but today's experience warrants a comment. Without a doubt, Mr. Handyman of Westchester delivered on their "Done Right Promise." Their technician, Durim, was professional, very personable, and competent. Excellent communication preceded today's visit with confirmation texts and they even sent a text with a picture of their truck and Durim; a security plus. Five stars is not enough!

Do you ever have home projects that you put off but then once you get them taken care of, you instantly feel better? We used Diego today for four projects and he got them all done within the hour - he was GREAT! So friendly and upbeat too. He fixed two closet doors that have been impossible to open and shut for five years. He also somehow managed to fix our atrocious effort of hanging a mirror ourselves that fell off of the wall and then brought down a lot of drywall with it. He also fixed some loose towel racks. My only regret is not hiring him sooner!

We unfortunately had a hole in our ceiling due to a leak from a plumbing issue. We called Mr. Handyman and were thankfully sent Diego. Diego was such a professional and expert, he explained the work that needed to be done clearly and worked very efficiently. Our ceiling went from looking a mess to looking perfect, like nothing ever happened. Thank you for the great work!! Highly recommend requesting Diego for any of your home needs.

Mr Handyman of Westchester was a lifesaver ! Our window blew off in our house due to high winds and they came out within an hour and fixed it. It was raining and high winds and they saved the day! They installed a small railing going down into my garage, as well as finishing off a too-short step down. Jan was fantastic, and the stairway not only looks nicer now but is much safer to walk on.
