I had 3 different types of rugs cleaned. The non-natural fibre rug came up best. Wool rugs were as clean as they could be considering their age. i delivered them myself. Staff were helpful and a quote and assessment was given prior to cleaning. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Eric came to our house and thoroughly evaluated our stain on our rug caused by our son’s projectile vomiting. He took care of the stain efficiently and left it spotless. You can’t even tell there was an accident! Thank you for saving our rug!!

I spoke to Ron who explained everything in details. He sent me pictures of before and after.
Was very accommodating and attached videos of the machines and the process! In addition he was kind enough to give a discount and Sarah was wonderful accommodating the delivery date. On delivery day, the gentleman who brought the carpets was sweet and caring. He came earlier and asked if I want the carpets to be opened in order to see them clean.
Ron was honest about an issue with the fringes and helped me make the right decision.

The absolute best carpet cleaners! Thorough job, very careful of not splashing the walls, and the service team was friendly & professional. Carpets & stairs look new. Reasonable prices. Will definitely use them again. (PS: home office was very responsive.)

The carpet job this company did. Was really professional and good. Alex the technician did a great job. Sara the office person was very quick in answering all queries and also Eric is thr supervisor was really good. I will recommend this service all the time. My Rug was also given a good look after 20 years.
