Our silk Persian rug needed professional cleaning after years of use and storage. Joseph explained the restoration process clearly and kept us updated throughout everything. They removed the stains repaired the worn areas beautifully and returned the rug looking soft vibrant and very well cared for.

After a small water leak my antique wool rug developed a strong odor and several dark spots. Horizon Rug Cleaning and Restoration handled the cleaning process professionally and kept me updated throughout everything. The rug came back smelling fresh looking cleaner and feeling much softer overall.

I had three oriental rugs cleaned by Horizon Rug Cleaning & Restoration and they did an amazing job. One of the rugs had a pretty bad wine stain that I honestly thought would never come out, but they were able to remove it completely. All three rugs came back looking fresh, clean, and full of color again. The whole process was smooth from pickup to delivery, and they handled everything very professionally. I’m really happy with the results and would definitely use them again.

They were fantastic. They moved all of the furniture for us in order to get every inch of the carpet and area rugs. Then they carefully put all of the furniture back in the exact spot it was. I use them regularly for carpet cleaning -probably 2x per year for the last 3 years. I have also used them for upholstery cleaning as well a couple of times They are extremely reliable, trustworthy, pleasant, give great value, and do great work. Every time that I have called them they have come quickly. Sometimes the next day. The tech clearly has been doing this for a long time and knows exactly what he’s doing. And it’s hard to imagine finding someone to do the work he does for less. With so many contractors that cause headaches it’s really nice to have one that’s simply a pleasure to deal with every time.

This company is amazing. I can't recommend it more highly. Always very responsive. Reasonably priced and has always taken the stains out of my carpets and made them look perfect. We have lots of kids and dogs so use this company often! I am so glad that someone recommended them to me. Good carpet cleaning companies are hard to find. Supreme is by far the best.
