I recently switched to this landscaping company after my previous landscaper struggled to maintain my lawn during the hot and humid summer. I often drive by a nearby house with an impressively lush, healthy lawn—even in tough conditions—so I decided to contact the company responsible. From the first conversation, I knew I’d made the right choice.

Gavin, the specialist who came to assess my property, has been exceptional. His depth of knowledge is clear, and he brings warmth and genuine care to his work. Gavin took the time to understand my concerns, treating them as if they were his own. He identified the underlying issues with my lawn and helped set up tailored solutions, all while being very easy to communicate with. He’s always responsible, organized, and on top of every arrangement, which has given me such peace of mind.

Working with Gavin on landscape lighting design was equally positive—he was thorough, insightful, and proactive. He offered creative suggestions and flagged potential issues before they became problems, which is a rare and valuable quality. Gavin’s level of professionalism is hard to find, and he’s exactly the kind of partner I needed for this project.

I decided to write this review to warn other homeowners of Bellantoni. They are by far are the most expensive landscaping company I got in touch with, but I decided to hire them anyway because at first, they seemed professional and knowledgeable. Nothing could be further than what I experienced with them.
I asked them to develop a large landscaping project for my front and back yard. The most noticeable issue with it was the quality of the plants. Many died and most of it didn’t develop. We spend the entire season (spring/summer) with the minimal number of flowers. My plant beds just looked empty and ugly throughout the property.
When I realized, the plants weren’t going to grow, I started to look further into it and I realized that they did not plant the number of plants they charged me for. The difference was pretty large. They claim that the plants just died, but it was approximately 60 plants, so I have a hard time believing that.
Along the way we had many other issues – they left my driveway and entrance covered in mud after a job, mulch falling off the plant bed, grass sod that died right after being planted, irresponsiveness to requests…
Even the plants that did grow were ugly and not taken care of, even thought we aid for a weekly maintenance (see the pictures)
Bellantoni was such a disappointment and by far the worst service company I ever dealt with. Stay away!

We have had several bad experiences with companies whom seem to have lost the art of true customer service. Bellantoni does more than most to deliver on their promises.

Top notch company! All of the employees I encountered with, were knowledgeable and professional. They came up with a specific plan to help me with a drainage problem. The Bellantoni team was very responsive when I had any questions. Their knowledge, workmanship and care for my property was what I was looking for in doing this project. Bellantoni came through with flying colors. This is a great company who cares about satisfying the customer. I would use them again in a heartbeat!

Beyond Expectations!

We had a few unique challenges that had to meet our needs in making our backyard most functional and practical given we owner-occupy our two family home. We knew we needed a landscape designer and sought out Bellantoni based on previous unrelated work and they having been highly recommended. We anticipated they would be professional, and they certainly exceeded any expectations I may have had. They carefully listened to each challenge we presented, along with any likes or wishes--and literally got it from my mouth onto their paper and THEN that was collaborated upon at Bellantoni between the designers and boom they came up with a design that works on the 1st shot! To my shock and delight, our challenges were addressed and we now have an AMAZING backyard that we can now truly enjoy. THANK YOU!!!!

My review would be too long if I told you everything I felt, or what they did. The before and after pictures should help convey that--so stop reading reviews and just call them!! :-)

Lawn cutting and maintenance very good although the reseeding of lawn not as expected. Part of the reason may have been that the hydrowise sprinkler system was only watering 3 x a week after seeding and I was unaware of it and I really don't know how to adjust hydrowise system. I need more instructions as new things don't come quickly to me. I was used to a 40 year old system that I adjusted manually.

They did an excellent job on our retaining wall construction. Their team was quick and thorough, and even worked during bad weather. Every step of the way, they provided us with updates and recommendations. We are ecstatic they finished everything before the holidays.

Bellantoni's ability to balance functionality and visual appeal in their landscape designs is impressive. Our dry river bed and drainage project is a testament to their expertise, and we are particularly pleased with the incorporation of pollinator-friendly plants, which not only adds beauty to our yard but also supports the local ecosystem. The project was completed in a timely and efficient manner, and the team was a pleasure to work with.

Everyone was very professional and thorough. Gavin understood what was needed and devised a great plan. The crew was excellent. Gavin stopped by a few days after everything was installed to check on things. It has been a pleasure to have Bellantoni and I am delighted with their work.

We cannot say enough good things about Bellantoni and recommend them to everyone we know! Whether it is our weekly maintenance or a special request, Bellantoni is always super responsive and gets the job done exactly as we had hoped! Our house looks beautiful during every season!

Ramon is incredible! I had ideas to upgrade my front lawn and backyard—like planting pines for added privacy and improving the grass—and he immediately turned them into a solid, well-thought-out plan with a fair quote.

On top of that, we have a red dogwood tree that wasn’t doing well, and Ramon connected us with someone who treated it—now it literally looks like it has new life. That level of knowledge and resourcefulness really sets him apart.

Roman and his team are really great! I hired them to do sping clean up, new plantings, mulching, and regular weekly lawn service. What great work they do! Plus, they are always kind and considerate!

As an added bonus, they have a good sense of plants and design!
