Called from far away regarding sewage odor in my parents house in White Plains. Got same day service and a fair price from Fernando. Highly recommended.

Had an emergency when a backup in the main sewage drain from the house cause my toilet to erupt like Old Faithful. I called and they had a truck at my house in 20 min. Great service and had problem solved in no time

Had a main sewer line backup and could not find the cleanout trap. I did not get the name of the two gentlemen but they were very nice and helpful. They first tried one of the vent pipes and was not successful. They didn't give up and they tracked down the main vent line at the ext of the house. They tried the vent line and "Voila" they heard the water was running. They cleared it. Also, they are extremely professional and respectful. One of the workers even took off his shoes and the other wore disposable booties when they were in the house. Great job.

Professional and courteous. They kept everything clean along the way and did a great job. Honest and well priced. I would definitely use them again but hopefully won’t need to!

Called Sunday night at about 9:30 pm after spending about 4 hours trying to clear a clog in the upstairs bathroom. Fernando said he would see me between 10 am and noon. At 9:40 am he called me and told me he was finishing a job and would be her before 10 am. He came and he and his friendly helper were finished about a half hour later and I was able to be on with my day with an unclogged upstairs bathroom. Dependable and professional service.

I had a main sewer line problem. First, these guys came out quickly. Second, they cleaned out the main line from the house to as far as about 80 ft. It still didn't solve my problem. I have a cap that opens to the line in my front lawn, but I could not find it. I understood that they couldn't wait around while I looked for it, but when I finally found it the next morning, they graciously and promptly returned again and cleaned out the rest of the line from the cap to the sewer. While they were snaking, a sound came out sort of like a belch and low and behold my issue was gone! They were very nice guys and the guy I spoke to on the phone (forgot his name) was honest and very very courteous. All for one reasonable price. I am definitely going to call these guys for maintenance and drain issues again.

I just had my second visit from Drain Saver in 9 years to unclog my drain. Again I am very pleased for the following reasons:
1. They are large enough to respond quickly. I called at 8PM and was
told they would be here between 9 and 11 this morning. And they
were.
2. I appreciate that they don’t sell special costly potions or upsell offers
to keep my drains running.
3. Brian and Walter were very friendly, cleaned up as they went along and didn’t leave until everything was perfect.
4. They charged the amount they promised and cleared the clog from the sink to the main sewer pipe.
A very boring report which is a welcome interlude to a backed up sink.
