The technician they sent to my place, his name is Jayson, he is so so great at his job, there is no way I can describe his professionalism.
Hopefully when I need help again, may you send Jayson to our place again.

Tyrese, was amazing on the phone and told me despite being a Friday night that I would be given an evaluation and no obligation estimate before any work was started. I than received a text and a follow-up phone call within 40 minutes
Simon explained everything and proceeded, with my okay to unblock and clear the main sewer line.
He succeeded where a regular plumber failed. They will include a camera evaluation first thing Saturday morning.
Amazing service. Highly recommended!!

The technician who replaced my kitchen sink was knowledgeable, and professional. The cost to replace the kitchen faucet was over $1100. $800 labor for under one hour of actual labor plus parts. Seems astronomical to me.

Tony was absolutely amazing! I only made the appt in the morning on Labor Day and he was there in the afternoon. He was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend him and Roto Rooter to anyone in need of service.

My experience with this company was satisfactory until the next day when I discovered that the plumber had improperly disposed of the sewage water pumped from my basement, dumping it onto my brick pavers and spilling some onto my driveway. This careless action left me disappointed and unhappy." But now I have to say they came back the next day and cleaned it all up.

Charged nearly $600 to clean a kitchen drain. Ran kitchen sink after disconnecting drain pipe, but without putting a bucket underneath, causing water to spill everywhere. Was not careful or clean and splashed dirty water all over kitchen floor.

The service performed by Henry was great. The initial quote was for a two man job team for installation. Yet on the date of service it was only a one man installation. The work was done but I thought the price would’ve been lower since only one person performed the service. I even requested a service fee breakdown. Pleased just feel maybe I was overcharged.

Thank you to everyone at Roto Rooter! The customer service I received from the first phone call to the follow up was extraordinary. Each person was so knowledgable and explained each step and cost to me. Everything was fixed and put back in less than an afternoon. They turned what I thought was a disaster into a very easy process! Thank you

Great experience with Roto-Rooter and our technician, Simon. He came promptly, and worked hard to clear our kitchen and laundry line. Work was as fast as possible, clean and impeccable. Simon was professional, smart, and kind and we'd recommend him and Roto-Rooter any day. While we hope not to need service again, if we do, they're definitely our go to!
