This 5 star review is STRICTLY related to Miguel the gentleman who came to my home today to adjust the water pressure. He was very sure to make sure he adjusted it to where it should be. He took great time and effort to set it properly.

We had some fairly complicated plumbing issues where we had to open up the ceiling and a wall to find a pipe that was leaking. Ernesto from Roto-Rooter came out and he was excellent. He identified the issue; explained what he needed to do, and then repaired the pipes. He was professional, friendly and showed up on time. Would highly recommend him and the company.

$735.00 … Get estimates!!!!! We had a clogged kitchen drain that was causing backup flooding. It took them less than a hour. Techs were great. Careful, no mess. But price was unbelievable but I had to do it. Never again.

What a great person to start with!!!

I was very pleased with the service. Sage was professional, informative and did not rush to get the job done.

Manuel was an excellent and knowledgeable plumber and was extremely helpful. His work ethic and professionalism was commendable. He was honest and answered all our questions with patience.

Service was fine. Our clog was fixed, BUT the pricing is ridiculous. And because of the lack of transparency, it feels like a scam. I called Roto-Rooter first thing in the morning because we had a clogged kitchen sink. I described the problem to the person on the phone and asked for some ballpark idea of what the cost might be. They wouldn’t give me any cost information even just a rough idea. Hours later, the technician comes out and looks at the problem And then hit you with a $700 estimate. I regret not sending him away at that point and starting over with someone else. But they know that when people have clogged sinks and are juggling our busy lives, we are very reluctant to start over with another service. The work took 15 minutes tops. I’ll never use Roto-rooter again.

EDIT: For the record, despite the response from RR below, I never heard from Pat Swanson the Customer Service Manager.

The fill valve in our toilet stopped working for some reason so we needed immediate assistance. A gentleman l, think his name was Mark came from RR for a next day appointment. Right from the beginning I had a good impression, because he used shoe covers instead of walking into the house with his shoes on. As he investigated and ultimately saw the fill valve as the issue, he was able to repair it all under what seemed to be half an hour. Given that this was our first time with RR services, he also provided a discount. We really appreciate the services.

Mark was great. He explained exactly what needed to be done and was done in a timely manner. He was professional the entire time and I am really happy with the service provided.

Tony was on time, accurate and fully explained the process of the problem. I was very satisfied with the results. Tony also has a great personality.

The best plumbing job I’ve experienced. Agon, the person who came on behalf of Rotorooter was a godsend. He knew what he was doing. He was fast, clean and resourceful.

I was met by three different levels of technicians. The first came and assessed the situation and then called in a second expert plumber with 25 years of experience to confirm and implement the fix. A third guy came and confirmed what the first two experts claimed and then explained the situation and options to fix in detail. I forget the first guys name but he was very polite and professional. Miguel and Moises were also super professional and knowledgeable. They gave me a short term fix but advised me that a long term fix would eventually have to be done. Overall my immediate problem was relieved quickly and I think my end to end experience with Roto Rooter was excellent. I will be calling them in the future for sure.

We continue to call on Roto-Rooter for our sewage clean out needs. They are professional and very thorough. I highly recommend them!

Logan was our technician today, I called and they came the same day very quickly and fixed the plumbing issues within an hour or two. Amazing customer service and was very kind and explained the situation and what to do next in detail. Very appreciative!!

Jayson was our technician. What a personable, knowledgeable and considerate individual. He explained everything, beforehand, and the original quote he gave did not balloon in price, as he proceeded through the repair. Also, he did a fantastic job cleaning up after the work. Highly recommend!!

I was a little disappointed at first seeing the 24hr, but they could not come out that late. However, I imagine if water was gushing they may have come that night. When the plumber came he diagnostic the issue and did the job in one day. The new hot water heater has a safety alarm along with updated features. Price was a little high, but they were the only company that did talk about billing me before coming. They came gave me an estimate and not once mentioned well we have to charge you first a service fee. Everyone else I spoke to was talking more about the fee than my issue. Honestly I paid more than I wanted to, but they took action by setting the appt. followed up early morning. One suggestion , if a customer call the night before, should get an earlier call like 6am. Thank you !!

Mark arrived promptly, surveyed the situation and cleared the drains in my kitchen. There was quite a buildup, and it took awhile, but he accomplished it quickly and addressed all of my concerns. Would definitely request him again. Thank you!
