I had a problem with my sewer line that was causing a back up and a gurgling toilet. I called one company to come and take a look and they snaked the line but were not able to clear the line. They suggested that I replace part of the line. I had some doubts about that recommendation and reached out to Emergency Sewer & Drain. Juan and Esteban came out and were able to clear the line with the water jetting. They left my sewer line in perfect working order and saved me thousands of dollars. This will now be my go to company for any future issues. I highly recommend them.

I have used emergency sewer n drain three different times now when I have been in a pinch. The office has responded quickly and sent a team to our house the same day in each case and both the folks in the office and the teams who have shown up on site have been extremely friendly and professional throughout. This company was amazing and efficient to work with. We didn’t have an appointment scheduled and called to ask for a second opinion due to a previous company telling us our pipe was broken and needed complete replacing of the pipe. This company came by the same day and the tech Christian was outstanding! He used a water jet and camera to clean the pipe and with the camera found no broken pipe. Christian was efficient, professional and thorough. He took the time to explain everything that he was doing and saved us thousands of dollars. I would recommend this company and Technician Christian to everyone!

I had a sewer drain outflow block that caused flooding inside my home. Emergency Sewer and Drain were amazing. They sent Ben and team to my house in under an hour which I appreciated given the flooding and back up. The crew worked diligently and carefully given that my house has old plumbing. They carefully assessed if the blockage was towards the catch or away from the catch and cleared the blockage in the sewer and in cleared the outside air vent. Ben knows what he is doing and they worked efficiently with the right equipment to get the job done. The pricing was very reasonable for the work and I would highly recommend for plumbing issues.

Drain saver could be renamed life--savers. We had a sudden backup in two upstairs toilets and shower. We called our plumber who referred us to Drain Saver. Within less than an hour Fernando and Richard were at our house, assessing the problem, and fixing a badly backed up main pipe that caused flooding downstairs. It was a bear of a job they did quickly, professionally. They were delightful and remarkably clean. I recommend them without reservation.

When I first spoke to Ayshu and Gwen about the leaky outside faucet at the house I grew up in, but now rented in White Plains, they were very understanding of my concerns.

I had received an outrageous estimate from another local company that my parents had used for years. The other plumber deemed a valve shut-off was necessary by the City of White Plains, and an excavation by one of their associate construction companies was required. The estimate was over $5000!

My parents were school teachers in White Plains. My father worked with plumbers in the summer when school was out of session, and he cleaned furnaces. He built this house in 1963. I found it hard to believe a 60 year old house that had been well taken care of for the 50 years they lived in it could have fallen into such a state of disrepair.

All-Self Plumbing listened to my story, and the owner- Bahru, promised to give me an honest estimate. He did, and if you need plumbing work, you NEED TO CONTACT THESE HONEST PEOPLE!

The price to repair the leaky outside faucet by All-Self was ONLY $211.33.

The water heater made popping sounds. The Plumbing service flushed the system.

I had a hot water heater issue out of the blue. I called and they said they could be there that morning. Not even an hour later they showed up. Within minutes Stuart identified the problem and showed it to me. Not fixable, so yes, I needed a new water heater. Not only did he arrange for the new unit, but he told me pricing up front and then went a step further to check if the unit was still under warrantee. We went through various options and came up with a mutual decision. They also went above and beyond and fixed a few other things while they were here. Highly recommend!

Great service and great people

Came out to diganose an issue. Never came back again.

Called them at 8:30am on a Saturday to replace a leaking pipe. They showed up within the hour and immediately got to work. Identified that the leaking pipe was part of the heating system and they helped me isolate it from the rest of the house water so that I could turn the main water back on. Pipe was replaced and they bled the radiator system within an hour. Don't yet know what the cost will be but I'll update the review once I get the bill.
EDIT: Total was $266 with $240 in labor and $6 in materials. Note that they don't accept credit cards, only checks.
