If you need someone to come with professional tools to unblock a clog, Harold is your guy! I had a clogged kitchen sink that seemed hopeless to fix with simple means. He brought an electric drain snake and broke through the clog quickly. Quick and painless process!

Great service. Called Harold first thing in the morning and he came within the hour. Cleared a totally clogged bathroom sink and a very slow draining tub. Finished in half an hour. Cleaned up thoroughly. Very nice guy. All good!

I rarely write reviews but have to give 5 stars to Harold. He was willing to show up on a Sunday night but we rescheduled for the next morning - was right in the window and did a great job diagnosing and fixing our drain. Was very professional and considerate, covered our stairs as well to avoid any potential damage. Will definitely be our go-to from here on.

As advertised, Harold was available 24/7. He answered his phone outside of normal business hours, was available promptly, arrived on time, and worked patiently and efficiently to fix a clogged house trap. He was professional and friendly, explained the work he’d done and cleaned up well after the job. Hopefully we won’t need drain services again soon, but when we do we’ll call Harold.

We recently had a heavy rainstorm with flash flood warnings in our area. Our sump pump decided to stop working in the middle of the night.

Harold was able to come within 20 minutes and provide a temporary sump pump after removing the broken one. The next day, he was able to provide a new sump pump and install it immediately with new pvc pipes as well. Harold was able to prevent further home/basement damage thanks to his quick response time, and gave us peace of mind with the next day sump pump replacement.

Highly recommend him if you are in a pinch.

Incredible service! Harold was fantastic! We had a septic emergency. Harold and his team were at our house within 30 mins. They found tons and tons of toilet paper in our trap (thanks to our young kids lol). They cleared it and were done within 20 minutes. I’ve never seen faster service. Could not recommend them enough!
