Harold did an excellent job! He was able to snake out and clear our main sewer line, and also completed a camera inspection, including marking the areas where the line is below ground outside! Harold was on time, friendly, down to business. We had a nasty sewer backup, and he unplugged it, then drained and cleaned out the maybe 10 gallons of raw sewage that had pooled in a floor area. He disinfected it all, and was in and out in less than 2 hours total. Very very satisfied, and I'll call him again if I need a plumber in the Riverdale area. Felt like a nightmare yesterday, but all a memory today. Also I was actually pleased he couldn't do it all at once since he had another appt yesterday evening. So he did the main part of the work last night, and came back this morning to do the cleanup. Glad he didn't sacrifice those other people.
