They are locally owned; very good and reliable. Have used them for years when needed. Recently did a super job replacing a broken piece of our sewer line and restoring ground cover.

I called Emergency Sewer and drain when l truly had a water emergency and they arrived quickly and diagnosed the problem that other plumbers could not diagnose . They worked tirelessly and efficiently to solve my water problem immediately . They also called me a few days later and came back to check on the situation and made some further suggestions and improvements . I now have peace of mind . They are professional courteous , responsive and caring providers of their service and I highly recommend them.

I had a Plumbing Catastrophe on a Friday evening and was in real trouble. I called several places that offered to come in several hours, (sort of defeats the purpose of an EMERGENCY Service) but once I found Emergency Sewer & Drain, they came in 45 minutes and SAVE THE DAY! They kept me up to date on the plumbers arrival and gave me his name and number. When Christian arrived, he was kind and efficient and worked quickly to solve my problem. I cannot recommend this company enough. Although i hope I never have to use them again, I will always call them first in any emergency!

I'm very grateful for Christian's expert diagnosis for one of our toilets, which had been partially clogged for weeks. Another plumbing company came prior to my calling Emergency Sewer and Drain Service, Inc and was unable to diagnose the problem and guessed at a solution which did not fix our toilet, leaving us with the same broken toilet. My friend suggested I call Emergency Sewer & Drain Service next. They were very pleasant do deal with over the phone and in person, prompt, caring, and within minutes of looking at the job, correctly diagnosed it with a simple test. Emergency Sewer & Drain came the same day we were having a problem. They quickly assessed what our problem was, gave me a quote on the spot and fixed the problem the next day. The crew was polite, professional, and left my property neat. I would use them again without hesitation.

We have had an ongoing drain problem for a long period of time. When Christian arrived he was professional as well as being very courteous. He analyzed the problem quickly and went to work. The drains are now running freely. We are very pleased with the results, and would recommend Emergency-Sewer-Drain Service to anyone in need of these services.

They showed up within 30 minutes and got right to work (COVID-19 mask on!). Flushed out the clog and got everything running. Unfortunately, the next morning it backed up again (likely from debris that settled) so I called the office. They were at our house within the hour. Flushed the clog again with more pressure and made sure everything was truly in order. Everything is working perfectly now, would absolutely call them back if we have any other issues. Highly recommend them!

We had a very positive experience with this company. We own a very old building and anything involving plumbing gets very complicated. They did everything we needed - communicated well and were extremely efficient and pleasant to work with. I have no problem recommending them!!

Our storm drain backed up during Tropical Storm Henri which in turn caused some flooding in our basement. We called Emergency Sewer & Drain and they arrived within a few hours of my call. Peter and Jose were very friendly and professional and assured us that they would not leave until they fixed the problem. They kept their word and the drain is now clear! I would highly recommend this company and Peter and Jose.

Service time was good, service tech was OK - somewhat uncertain as to solution, but willing. Problem with ejector pump system - turns out a secondary breaker popped something determined by both of us and my suggesting using a multimeter which we supplied and tested - I located the breaker and popped it on - problem solved - 15 minutes no work - $300.00 - I totally expected $150-175 and would have given 4 stars otherwise but $300 was a charge I consider to be out of line for time and no work performed and a solution only after I pushed for a multimeter I supplied and testing that I had performed. Partly my fault should have determined their minimum before hiring, but also they should have informed me prior to coming.

Tom and his crew Juan and Benjamin helped me out tremendously! I have two pumps located at the bottom of a manhole in my driveway that are constantly running to pump water away from the house due to an underground river which is located under the house. Those two pumps failed and the manhole filled up with water. Luckily it was a sunny day because if it rained that day I would have had a basement and garage filled with water. I needed someone to come in and drain the manhole and replace the pumps immediately! I called Emergency Sewer ‘n Drain Service and Tom called me back right away. Within an hour his worker Juan arrived at my house and right away started draining the water out of the manhole. After he drained the manhole Juan installed a temporary sump pump to keep the water out of the manhole so that my electrician could come and get the wires ready for the new pumps which Tom was able to order and install the next day. I appreciate Tom communicating with my electrician and they worked as a team to get the new pumps running. Tom, Juan and Benjamin were extremely professional and went through my whole water drainage system with me and made sure I knew exactly how it is designed to work and even went over how to maintain it so that I don’t have this problem in the future. I am extremely grateful for them and highly recommend them to anyone in need of their service.

Emergency Sewer & Drain was amazing. They were extremely professional and responsive, and they were able to come out the very same day for an emergency sewer repair. Everyone we spoke to at the company, from the office staff to the guys in the field, were truly wonderful, and they got us up and running again in a couple days.

Gill was so responsive to my call for help and arrived at a reasonable time afterwards! He definitely solved our problems and recommended drain service every 6 mos which we will follow to avoid further issues.

I understand these jobs better than most home owners. I am a property manager of a major office building. I used them at my home after a different company was originally brought in. These kind of jobs are always an emergency and never cheap. They were very professional, we discussed the problem with roots and grease after a camera was run through the pipe. This was causing a back up. We came up with the best solution. They water jetted both the interior main and exterior main on both sides of the trap. They dug up and replaced a six (6) foot section of main and added a clean out in my front yard so we will have much better access to the main waste outside. I now have a better long term solution. If you have this type of problem I would recommend them. I would also use them again.The price was fair.

Gil was the best plumber we’ve ever had. He went above and beyond, came on Thanksgiving Day and fixed our kitchen sink, he saved the holiday! Highly recommend!!

ES&D has been to my home several times to replace an old basement sump pump, and to install a new second sump pump and drainage piping. They are super responsive - Darlene in the office is a gem! - and do quality work. Definitely recommended.

Very easy to schedule, including weekends and in emergency situations. Always friendly and always professional. My co-op building uses them for building repairs as well so I trust them.

The plumber was competent and correctly identified the problem with my sewer backup. However, I was overcharged. I'm a lady homeowner, so this happens frequently. I was told camera service charge was $395 but they billed me $1100?? They fixed my problem but I do not recommend them.

Hi! The crew was friendly, courteous, clean and communicated clearly. They did hydro jet on an ancient drain with only 1 inch of clearance and successfully opened it. They ran a camera through the line to make sure there were no cracks, and saw that we could benefit from de-scaling, but they did not aggressively sell which I appreciated. Overall they were amazing and their estimate was less than a competitor I called. Would highly recommend!

When I first contacted the office for service, Icwas greeted and assisted by Ann, who was so nice, courteous and so very helpful. She assured me help was coming within an hour or so. As ptomised, Ben and Juan showed up on time and got working on the leaking sewer pipe immediately. They worked for about 2 hours and did an excellent job. They also started to clean up the dirt and sediment but I told them that was my job! Though the bill was substantial, I felt it was worth it as the job was done extremely well, on time, and everyone at Emergency Sewer and Drain are just the nicest people. I'd recommend their service with 10 stars if possible.

I used Emergency Sewer & Drain Service recently for a repair and water backup issue. They were only one of 2 to actually call me back and understand the aspect of emergency plumbing. Gil was a a true anomaly. its rare to see someone care as much as he did about the quality of his work and making sure it was all done correctly, especially when he is not the owner. Tommy, the owner was a great guy as well. He stopped by to check on all and introduce himself. I am very pleased and thankful that they helped get my house functioning again. Thanks again.
