We live in White Plains. We had a problem with our heat system. Stewart, from Lombardo Plumbing and Heating, was able to fix, what had been an ongoing problem, in one hour. Two wins for us. First, we got our problem fixed immediately. Second, we now have a “local” plumber that we can rely on and also recommend to others.

We hired Stuart to install a pressure regulating valve and dishwasher in our home. He was the epitome of professionalism. His prices were more than reasonable, and the work was exceptionally well done. He was communicative and straightforward, which made me feel comfortable and at ease. I had a truly positive experience with him and had no complaints. The next time I lose my mind and listen to some Youtuber tell me “I don’t need a plumber” I will feel much more relaxed as I invariably blow something up knowing I can call Stuart and tell him the truth ( that someone broke into my house and tried to do some plumbing repairs and I chased them off before they could finish) and pray he can save me from my own stupidity!

Great Plumber with very fair prices. Just don't piss him off or you'll never hear from him again. That's unfortunately the lesson I've learned. I had Stuart come out 3 years ago to replace my old Burnham Steam boiler. He and his crew were quick and efficient and very friendly. As they joked, everyone who really knows anything about steam is dead.... except for them. So, I knew I was in good hands. Particularly on the recommendation of my neighbors as we'd just moved into the neighborhood. The following summer my hot water heater failed and Stuart quickly came out, assessed the issue, and had it replaced the next day at a very fair price.

But then that Fall, when I cranked up my boiler for the first time that season, I made the mistake of going out to dinner with my family while the boiler presumably heated the house. However, upon our return, I came home to a house flooding through the radiators. In a panic, I called Stuart who instructed me to turn the water supply off, which I did. He came out and said it was the Automatic Water feeder. He gave me a price but also said it's not a required component for the boiler. So, I had a decision to make. This is where the miscommunication began. I was under the impression, this was part of the job he'd done 10 months prior when he replaced the boiler. But, in fact, it wasn't being an optional component. But before I could decide what to do, I got a bill for $170 in the mail for the service call. This took me by surprise because I was still figuring out what to do. Replace or do without. I contested the charge with him. Especially since I'd just paid him thousands of dollars over the course of a year between the boiler and the hot water heater. We ultimately agreed to split the difference since it was determined the issue was outside of the scope of work he'd performed the previous winter and I sent him a check for $85.

Well, now after calling, voicemails, emails, and even a text over the last several months to simply have him or his crew do an annual service, I appear to be out of a plumber altogether. Which is a bummer because I really liked the guy and he's great at what he does. But, I suppose, live and learn and pick your battles. Now whenever I call any kind of service provider I always ask, "what's the charge for the visit."

But if you do need a great plumber, give Stuart a call. He really is a great plumber. And worth every penny.

I Highly recommend The Roto-rooter team. We had a major blockage in our main waste line . They did great work . They were quick to respond and communicated clearly . The team was fantastic throughout the entire experience..

The service was good very timely and through. I had to have four different types of service, so it was expensive.

My technician, Agon was super knowledgeable and helpful. He was able to clearly explain the work being done and help me understand how to maintain the sewage line for our home. He was very efficient and provided exceptional customer service. His service on its own was worth all five stars and the reason I am give him a shout out. The price, however, was just not right. It was not his fault that the job came with an unnecessarily excessive price tag for work that ended up being relatively straightforward and did not take long.

Carlos and partners were excellent! Carlos took great care of us and was extremely efficient at getting our problem solved and answering all our questions and concerns! I was very happy to have him in my home and would highly recommend him! Thank you!

This was a resolved fast and good. However - the cost are really high in my opinion for the time spend on it. Next time I become a plumber. :-) . But I am happy because a lot of other plumber service that I tried refused - as not in area or didn't do a good job.

Gregory arrived within an hour of calling for help. He was pleasant and cleared out our line quickly.

Service was fine but a bit expensive but I was advised on cost. But I did come away with scratched tiles and tub which should not happen. Shoe protectors (esp on rainy days) and mats for equipment should be used. This a a national company. In addition technician should not have a phone on 1% battery and need to use phone to finalize payment and need me to sort out charging cords and get service for his phone. Highly disappointed.

Simon did an excellent job unclogging the sewer line. He was professional, meticulous and friendly.The water clean up crew did an excellent job. They also were very professional and friendly.

I had a water leak in my basement and called RR at 9am. They were able to dispatch a technician, Ernesto, to my home before 1pm while providing regular updates with his ETA. The initial visit was informative, Ernesto was professional and knowledgeable - he was able to outline potential causes and provide cost estimates. The issue is not resolved but I feel more informed and will likely use Roto-Rooter for the fix.

I was very happy to have Jayson working in our home to resolve the plumbing issue we had. He was knowledgeable, skilled at resolving the problem, and helpful in explaining everything. He was very professional and I would recommend him.

Miguel was great. He did an excellent job never stopped working even though today was the hottest day of the year. I would highly recommend them and Miguel gets five stars for today. Excellent.

We called Roto-Rooter with multiple emergency plumbing issues and a technician arrived with-in the hour! Ernesto was very professional and highly knowledgeable! Ernesto was also very courteous and patient, taking the time to show us shut off valves and making sure they were in good working order. All technicians should be this good!! Very satisfied!

Logan clearly listened to my problem, evaluated the situation and determined a solution. Performed a quick and thorough drainage cleaning. Took time to make sure problem was fixed. Advised on what the issue was and how to prevent in the future. Appreciated the timely appointment and service.

We needed help with a backup in our basement on a Saturday morning and they were here in an hour. Super helpful and great service! We can do laundry and use our kitchen sink again all with a couple hours. Phenomenal!

My husband and I have been using Roto Rooter for years… recently our waste pipe was blocked and they recommended a liner … they came the next day and installed it. They did an amazing job … efficient and finished it in less than a day.
The installers were so nice and told my husband what they were doing g step by step. When they were done it was as if no one was there. I recommend them to anyone who wants quick action, a job well done and nice people!!!
