Reviews of local pros in Whitestone, New York

Always prompt, courteous and professional. Have used them several times and always satisfied. Another excellent job! Thanks!

Joey did a wonderful job. Removed glue and putty from carpet. He was easy to talk to and everything came out great 😊

I must say that we are satisfied and happy with the experience. They’re very good in carpet cleaning. I am truly a grateful and satisfied customer! We will definitely call this company again!

Thank you Sarah for great customer service. Thank you Joey and George for a great job. You are the masters of steam. I’m eating from and sleeping on my carpet tonight. Decided not to go with Stanley because we heard he’s slo-vac.

They cleaned and disinfected our carpet.from body fluids. It is a off white carpet and they got the stains out, it looks new. Great job and the men were curtious and very respectful. I recommend them any time.

We had Steamaster to clean a sofa, loveseat, and bathroom tiles. We had an appointment within a week, and they were on time, professional, and did a fantastic job. Highly recommended!

Prompt and timely service. Paul did an excellent job cleaning my carpet and Joe took care of the building's requirements to do the job and called to make sure everything was going as scheduled.

Came 3 hours after I called! Able to do my 8x10 area rug, 2 runners, my door mat and 2 large yoga pillows. Fast, courteous, clean and did a wonderful job.

From the initial phone call to the actual cleaning this company was so easy, fast and professional. This was the first time I used a carpet cleaning company and was very impressed with the outcome. I called on Wednesday and they were here on Friday. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them. Joe Grech was a very professional, hard working man. As a woman sometimes you get worried about men coming into the house to do work but you have nothing to worry about with him, extremely professional and efficient.

I used Steamaster to clean my light-colored living room rug. I was lucky to have JOEY show up. He was such a perfectionist and was working on every stain. I even had duct tape stuck to my rug and he was able to remove it without damaging the rug. Incredible! They were also priced very well, came on time and went right to work. Great Company and Terrific Worker: Joey!

I cannot say enough about my experience with this company. I called them yesterday to see if I could get an appointment for this week, and they were able to put me on the schedule for the same day! George was extremely professional and efficient. What really got me was the results. For two bedrooms, he completed the work in under an hour, gave us great tips on other areas that he could service in the future, and answered all of our questions about aftercare. Happy to support local businesses, especially when they give such great care.

This is the worst company in the world they do horrible work they made my carpet smell of mode. They got water spots all over my dining room windows, as well as the scratch marks from a scoring pad on my tile.they also arrive late. They will literally overcharged you and scam you but the worst part is the manager her name is. Sara Yuskiewicz She has the worst attitude in the world when I was complaining about being overcharged and the work not being done correctly she screamed at me and hung up When I called back, she continued to yell and hung up I would never go to this company again if my life depended on it.
