Reviews of local pros in Whitestone, New York

We hired Mike to power wash our property & clean our windows. To say him & his team did an impeccable job is an understatement. We were extremely impressed by their expertise, professionalism, hard work & attention to detail. They did a thorough job without rushing or cutting corners. It's rare to see such quality work these days. When they were finished, everything was put back exactly as they found it with no garbage or mess left behind. We highly recommend MD Cleaning Solutions & look forward to using them in the future.

The service I get is first class. They are always at my address within one hour after the snow stops and cleanup quickly. I am handicap, so Mike and his crew take special care of my property. Always polite and cheerful.

Mike and crew did a great job power washing my driveway and sidewalk. Punctual, courteous, careful and cleaned up before leaving.

Worse cleaning experience ever!!! If I could give this Company 0 STARS, I would, but I can't so I gave them 1 star instead.
I NEVER booked a cleaning service where the cleaner arrived and refused to clean. This particular cleaning Company's website states, "consist in moving everything possible to clean underneath it." when I asked the cleaner to pull the stove and refrigerator forward to clean behind, she told me, "No, she would not do that." I told her to call her boss, which she did. She spoke in Spanish and told her boss of my expectations. She continued to say that this was a deep cleaning service, and it was her second cleaning for the day. After an offer was made to move the kitchen items so she could clean, however, she told her boss something totally different, stating that I did not want her to move anything now, and she left my apartment. Afterward, I called and spoke with the gentlemen who I booked the cleaning appointment with and explained the situation. He said he would call me back after speaking to his representative. The gentlemen called me back saying, unfortunately, the cleaning could not continue for today because the cleaner was not available. I informed him that the cleaner was here in my apartment. She left because she did not want to move the items as directed per the instructions on their website. Never would I book with this company again!

Used Bobby's for several years and they have become very unreliable and unprofessional as the years have gone on! Owner/Operator has zero integrity!

I am not using this service now. However, few of my neighbors do. During the fall season, when they come to clean leaves, they will blow leaves all over other people's houses. My house usually suffers. Extremely unprofessional. Going to have issues with neighbors if you use them.

Bobby and team come every Saturday morning like clock work. They are a full service operation, not only mowing, but weeding, hedge trimming and removal/planting of bushes. Highly recommend Bobby and team.

Awesome job.
