Reviews of local pros in Whitestone, New York

I am very pleased with the quality of work and professionalism. They are reliable and experienced. I highly recommend and will definitely choose them for any future projects. Thank you so much for the wonderful work.

I have known Sal for over 10 years. He and his son Phillip do amazing work. They are fast, reliable, and very honest. Recently they did my back yard pavers and stoop and it came out perfect. They also did a large concrete sidewalk and curb on another project, with all the required NYC permits. Excellent work!!!! I highly recommend them!!!

Sal and his crew are excellent. They paved my front, side and back yard, built a new front stoop, redid my sidewalk and did the bricks in the front of my house. It looks absolutely beautiful. Sal and his workers were prompt every day and were a pleasure to work with. Professional and considerate and I don’t think his cost is can beat. I had compliments from neighbors before the work was even complete. We are extremely happy and would highly recommend. Thank you Sal, son and crew!

Sal just did my driveway and sidewalk apron. Very professional. Quality work. This is the second time they have done concrete work for me. Highly recommend.

Sal and his crew did a beautiful job with my sidewalk/driveway. They helped me removed the violation very fast. I would definitely recommend Sal if you need concrete done!!

I could not recommend anyone better than Sal and his crew for any concrete and masonry work. As a general contractor, I am often tasked to gather multiple bids and when it comes to the aforementioned trade work I always count on Sal. You can expect nothing less than utmost professionalism from start to finish. You don’t find too many owners that are there themselves making sure everything is done right. I’m talking about physically, every day, with his crew getting down and dirty, and standing behind his work. That is what you want when you contract someone to do the job. You will not be disappointed in entrusting them with any work. Also, It is amazing to see his son, mastering the trade and being fully immersed in running the business the right way. Go call them now and look no further.

Sal and his crew did an outstanding job rebuilding my front steps. The crew was reliable and professional. They worked efficiently and left the area spotless before they left. I would highly recommend them.

I asked Sal if he likes his work. He quickly responded that he "loves " what he does. And it shows. He is meticulous, conscience and diligent, as he artfully does his work. He is a true artisan. He manages his team very well

Sal, Philip and the workers arrived right on time and completed our driveway as promised, in less time than half the time that other companies stated in their estimates. The were very careful in working around our plants and trees. I would highly recommend Sal D'Amico Construction for your construction needs.

I've used them before and will always continue too. Thank you guys for the sidewalk / driveway you did for me its beautiful.

I’ve been dealing with Sal for over 30 years. Pictures speak for itself. Sal and his men have done projects with me I thought were impossible!

Sal’s team did a terrific job on my father’s sidewalk due to violation sent out by NYC DOT and to other members on his block!! They did a professional job, very clean, and completed in about 5 hours!!
They are very reasonable in cost estimate and I would recommend them highly for their work!!

Sal, Phil, and their crew always seem to turn any masonry project into a work of art. Their heart and soul is evident in the finished product every time. Sal came through again with an excellent paver and a custom bluestone step and facade installation that I sincerely believe no one else would have been able to execute. The speed, price, and dedication to quality you get with Sal D'Amico Construction is second to none. Don't hesitate, contact them for your next project.

We had incredible experience with Vinny & Sons. We received a city notice to repair a part of our sidewalk. I saw this crew working on the street and their work seemed careful and well done. I asked for a quote. Within 24 hrs they started our job. We added in doing our driveway and side yard as well. They were completely done with everything in two days. It was amazing. We would highly recommend them!
