We gave them snow ❄️ removal job this winter . .. previous winter storms they let us down . As their equipment broke . BUT resent snow fall they came clean half way - I called them , chat with them , after , two days they made it today and cleaned all 4 car driveway . I am very pleased and thankful to them . Thanks 🙏 after all they are good , good service and polite people to deal with . Their crew was very good too . Excellent !! We now looking forward to have more work with them . May have them in spring for garden 🪴 too . 🙌👍👍

I tried to use this business, but was not successful. After reading the raving reviews about Eden, I reached out to them for snow removal services on the day of the snow storm (2/1/21). I loved the fact that I was able to download the app and see that a contractor had been assigned to perform the snow removal. The app allows you to communicate by text or phone with the contractor and even provided tracking for the progress of the service. Unfortunately, the contractor never responded to my calls or texts and never made it to the location to perform the snow removal. I finally contacted Ruth, the customer service rep at Eden and she was very responsive to my inquiries regarding the contractor. After not initially hearing from the contractor, Ruth advised that they broke down and would not able to do the snow removal. I asked if she could send someone else but she did not have any other available contractors to do the job. Of course, by that time I was not able to hire anyone else to do the job so my 81 year old father had to do it himself (I do not live close by). I have to say Eden did respond even though their contractor did not. Even if they broke down, the contractor should have texted or called. It would have also been helpful if Eden had someone else available to do the job. I hope my situation was an exception and the contractors that Eden hires are more responsive than the one that was assigned for my job. I gave a rating of two stars for Eden trying.
