I would appreciate if the company would discuss the various cleaning/pricing options before the client makes an appointment and before their employee comes to the job.

Safelite sent this company out to clean my car after they did a poor job installing my windshield causing it to leak and mold to grow. There’s still visible mold and water after the guy left and no one answers the phone at Safelite or Stanley steamer. The guy was extremely rude and left without saying anything with my car doors all open- like that’s fine but if you’re leaving my car open like that you need to warn me so I can monitor it outside.

Daryl was very professional he took his time and got all the spots out of my car he answered all my questions. Stanley steemer Daryl is a Excellent worker

Very good work. Excellent quality. The tech was cerdious on time and quick but no corners cut. Steamed the carpet ( on the stairway) and gave it new life. It was filthy but no longer. It's just like new again. Very satisfied.

They came out yesterday to clean my wood floors. Heard one of the crew say to the other member to make sure to dry the floor since this kind of floor can't stay wet. They didn't move the bed back the other way to get under the other side, or to even just move it back. When I did later, it has a puddle underneath. There were also wet spots behind 2 sides of my couch. They completely missed the corner of my room and ignored an entire side. The kitchen was still dirty when they were finished, and the stairs still smelled although they cleaned that as well.

When I called to speak to someone they said they would send a crew the next day to fix it, and said they wouldn't send the same crew members. They showed up 2 hours later then window they gave me. Then it was one of the same guys from yesterday who then argued with me the entire time and was annoyed he had to do his job again despite not doing it correctly the first time. After almost $400 I should have just rented the equipment and done it myself.

They rushed and left stains through out my house from dog urine that would come up after their service. This isn't the first time I'm using Stanley steamer . This is the first time I'm completely disappointed with their service. I wasn't home for the service cleaning even though I knew better I guess I gave Stanley steamer to much trust .

Got my carpet cleaned. The technician Troy was courteous and professional. He explained everything I needed to know. The technician's service I give 5 stars... The company on a whole did not provide me with all the pricing when I called to schedule, hence, I ended up paying more than I was expecting.

Shout out to Johnny and Peyton for a great job! They took their time and got out so many stains that no one else has been able to remove before. 5 stars…great job guys thanks again!!

I’ve put off Stanley Steemer for a while until I lost my Dog and knew I needed a cleaning. I had the pleasure to have Daryl come to the house and can’t say enough of his professionalism, thoroughness , and sheer pleasantness. I am thrilled and so pleased with doing this. Thank you so much .

Delano was very professional and kind. He explained everything before he began. He even helped us move some furniture around when we needed extra helping hands. He explained the process from beginning to end. He worked very hard on our rug in many areas and made sure we understood what he was doing, explained what caused the rug to become discolored in the first place and he provided tips on how to maintain the carpet afterward. Highly recommend. Will call again.
