A little pricey but the guys who came in did a good job and were very personable. I appreciate the service and the 50$ off. Not much but it’s better than nothing I guess.

David did an amazing job cleaning our sofa. With 4 kids this sofa took a beating and now it looks brand new! He was professional and finished the job in a timely manner. I would recommend to anyone thinking about using Stanley Steamer!

The carpet at I needed cleaned was almost as old as the witch from the Wizard of Oz🤣but Darnell really put an effort in to make my carpet much better than before considering the age of the carpet. I intend to use this company again. I am satisfied.

Unfortunately, I hate to write back reviews, but I have to in this case initial estimate when I went online was $430 and ended up costing me $580 and it looks like absolutely nothing was done so purpose of this cleaning was to make my grout lines cleanI had to come home from work to look at the quality and it remains unchanged. Grout lines are still black really feel duped.

UPDATE: This job was done on September 30th. They also took my area rug to be cleaned. They told me it would be done in 2-3 weeks, maybe sooner. I am still waiting for it to be brought back. I have called multiple times, and they try to contact a manager to no avail. They tell me someone will call me, no one does. This is absolutely ridiculous and bad business. I have already paid for this service, and they assured me it would be done and returned on 2-3 weeks. I AM EXTREMELY AGGRAVATED!!

I honestly can’t believe how awful this experience was. I went with Stanley Steemer even though plenty of other companies offered the same service for cheaper, because I assumed a big name like theirs meant professionalism, quality, and accountability. What a mistake.

From the moment the technicians arrived, things felt off. They walked in and immediately said, “Don’t expect the couches to be 100% clean or stain-free — we can only try our best.” Excuse me? My couches weren’t even in bad shape — just regular wear from a family household. I should’ve taken that as a red flag.

They removed the back cushions, set them aside, and got to work. I left for a quick errand, trusting they knew what they were doing. They were in and out in 45 minutes. When I got home, I was horrified. The couch still had stains, water was pooling in the seams and turning the fabric brown, and a disgusting smell was spreading through my living room. When I checked the back cushions, they were bone dry — completely untouched. They hadn’t even bothered to clean them.

I called Stanley Steemer immediately, and the woman on the phone could not have cared less. Zero urgency, zero empathy. She offered to send the same crew back out — like I was supposed to trust the people who’d just trashed my furniture. When I said no, she told me I’d have to file an incident report and wait 24 hours for a manager to contact me.

A few hours later, the couch looked even worse. It was soaking wet, the brown water had spread, and the smell was nauseating. I called again, and this time I got a customer service rep so rude and dismissive I could barely believe it. I was practically begging for help while he gave me one-word answers and long stretches of silence. He didn’t care at all.

He said the earliest they could come was the next morning — Halloween — but I told him I wasn’t available because I was volunteering at my kids’ school and taking them trick-or-treating. He basically shrugged it off over the phone and told me to wait another 24–48 hours for a manager. I explained that my son’s birthday was that weekend and I couldn’t have my couch soaking wet and reeking. He didn’t care. At that point, I hung up crying.

I ended up buying a Little Green Machine and Oxi solution from Target and spending Halloween night cleaning it myself after my kids went to bed — because the “professionals” had left my couch in worse condition than before. Over the next few days, I kept calling. Every single person gave me the same useless line: “Wait 48 business hours for a manager to contact you.”

When that time finally passed, I called again. The rep put me on hold and came back to tell me the manager claimed he’d already spoken to me. A complete lie — no one ever called. She said he’d call me by the end of the day. Of course, no one ever did.

At this point, I’m furious and beyond disappointed. Stanley Steemer completely ruined my couch and treated me like my time, my money, and my home didn’t matter. What was supposed to be a simple upholstery cleaning turned into a nightmare of incompetence and total indifference.

Don’t make the same mistake I did. Avoid Stanley Steemer at all costs. They are unprofessional, careless, and completely disconnected from what customer service is supposed to mean.

Darryl Sanford did an excellent job. He cleaned the carpets in our bedrooms. He also cleaned the sofa in our family room .
He was prompt, courteous and hard working. We were pleased with his service.

The service men were very courteous and professional. My tile floor came out well. I do have s white sofa which had some water marks that he was able to remove. I was a little disappointed with some of the corner of the seat cushions. Some are not as clean as i would have liked. One of my seat cushions has what looks like 2 whiter streak marks across them, maybe from the tool used to scrub the cushion .

Turned down a job because they misdiagnosed our floors as engineered hardwood and said they couldn’t do anything - our floors are solid wood. I won’t be hiring them due to their completely insufficient lack of knowledge about their industry.

Troy and Dane were professional, friendly, and efficient. They came to the apartment, steam-cleaned the hardwood floors, the tile bathroom in the basement, the couch, and throw pillows. They look new again! I think this place is ready for my grandson, a premie, who will soon be coming home. All in God's good graces! Thank you Troy and Dane!

Very professional team. They were on time, explained in detail the process and quickly got set up. I have a bad back, so having them move the furniture around was a real relief. I had two carpets cleaned and plan to have my tile floors done soon.
