I was beyond impressed with Lucky and his team! I was putting a Riverdale apartment on the market that had not been renovated for over 20 years and needed everything from a new kitchen, painting, remodeled bathroom, refinishing floors and a lot of smaller odds and ends.

Lucky was always very responsive and had excellent communication! He was prompt and reliable and I knew exactly how the project was progressing every step of the way. I live 5 hours away, so this communication was even more appreciated! He even would facetime me so I could see the updates in real time.

After the job was done, he returned to help me when new things needed to be done. He replaced my two fans, fixed a creaky floorboard and was available if I needed him.

You can only imagine how reassuring this was to have someone I could count on!

I hired the company for a high end kitchen remodel for a 90 year old house. The owner, Lucky, is all business. He is honest, communicates well, and does the work the way you want. The work was completed in a very timely manner. He even fixed a nagging plumbing issue (without being asked and without charging extra) that was unrelated to the kitchen project.

"Lucky" Fatmir and his team did an amazing job in my kitchen. I could not afford to fully replace the cabinets, so they the cost effective option of refreshing the old cabinets instead of replacing them (they sanded the doors and painted them and the cabinets), which would cost me many thousand dollars more. They also replaced the countertops and the backsplash in the kitchen. Everything was done on time, quickly and efficiently. Also, it was easy to communicate via text and email, so I always knew what is happening and could follow up any time. A very smooth process throughout. I highly recommend this contractor.

Lucky and his team did an INCREDIBLE job installed custom cabinets! I had a very unique layout and wanted the new cabinets to match the existing cabinets in the kitchen. Lucky understood my specific needs and made sure it was clear to me what his team was going to deliver. From design discussions to arranging the date for his team to work on the cabinets to the final product, consistent communication makes working with Lucky amazing.

I recommend Riverdale Home Improvement Inc. without reservations. I had them install a new pedestal sink in my small bathroom. Lucky, the company owner, is very easy to work with and very professional. It is the second time I have them do work for me. I live in a Co-op and the company navigated all the paperwork patiently and professionally.

Our house is old and has some structural quirks, and they were able to work with all of the challenges, as well as my particular requests for features in the kitchen.
