I have had trouble finding good electricians over the years and finally found the shop where I will bring all my electrical needs from now on. They solve what others can’t seem to process and they are highly professional and proficient. What a relief!

In a nut shell this entire team is an icon on how successful businesses operate. Office Manager (Ashamalli) did a great job managing and coordinating all communication between parties without a glitch. Ruben (Electrician) was friendly and respectful in every aspect. His demeanor showed pride toward his work and his work reflected on that pride. He did an outstatnding job and totally cleaned up after all work done. Andy (Patcher) was also respectful in every aspect. He patched up the opened holes required to run the cables and end result was seamless. This team was ontime on every date. With such a professional and functional crew obviously John is doing something right. Keep up the great work.

Not a relible company.Had appointment which was cancelled due to death in family. Of course I understood and assumed they would call to schedule. They never called. I left for vacation and since over a month had passed when i returned, I called Mase. I had two cordial phone conversations with Janesa of Mase. She asked for photos and "I'll work to find the fixtures today," she said. Never heard from her. Found another electrician who is reliable. Be smart: don't call Mase.

We had a great experience from start to finish. It was a pleasure working with Janessa to discuss the project and we valued her suggestions and recommendations. On Wednesday, November 1st, the electricians arrived earlier than expected and went right to work. Later that morning, Janessa stopped by to do a thorough walk through. Everyone was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The job was completed in one day. Their work ethic is amazing and they did an excellent job. We will definitely use Mase Electric again, as well as recommend them to others.

We were looking at different kitchen fixtures and were unable to find anything we liked. We had used Mase electric in the past and were very satisfied with their work. I called Mase for some suggestions and spoke with Janessa. She was so accommodating in explaning the different types of fixtures and gave us some suggestions as to what we might like. After researching further we decided on a fixture. I called Janessa and set up an appointment for 9:00 am the next day. At precisely 9:00am two electricians (Rubin and Balwin) were at our front door. I can not say enough about how professional, polite and how careful they were during the installation. We will definitely used Mase in the future.
