Had a telephone pole fall on my property that turns out i owned, who knew.. NYSEG was useless, rude and unhelpful... i called around for help as it was February, freezing and no power means no heat.. i spoke with the Owner after hours he assured me they would do everything in thier power to get a new pole, installation, reconnection and navigate the permit and re connect process as fast as possible.. they delivered.. J&S was the only entity in the entire process that was professional, attentive and honesty compassionate if you could imagine that in today's world.. they saved the day and got 6 people back into thier homes..highly recommend and they are my go to for all electrical needs going forward.. ive already referred them once so far to another customer!
