They are professional staff. I asked about their possible offers for cleaning multiple rugs at my house and they were really clear about it. They did specific questions and gave precise info. I'm impressed.

The charged $300 and, in 20 minutes, said they were done! There are deep stains in the rugs they cleaned, but they didn't even try to remove them. I said for $300 they need to do another pass, which they did, but I'm completely not satisfied with their work at all. For the price it wasn't worth it at all.
