They were tasked to clean an empty 2 br 1b apartment to prepare for a move in. I was charged $200 (the full rate for three hours) after the lady was only in there for 2ish hours. And she did a shoddy job cleaning as well. There was dust on the floor and oil muck on the cabinets still. The bathroom faucets weren’t even wiped. When I called to complain they did offer to send out another lady but there was no time for me to really even try that out. The only accommodation they provided was $25 off for the terrible cleaning job & another $30 off because she wasn’t there for the full 3 hours. I essentially paid 145 for someone to spray fabreeze. Weak customer service and I’m never using this place again.

After two negative experiences with two different agencies, it was a pleasure to have Johanna come to my home to give it a 'clean bill of health.' Her work is splendid. She is a credit to MaidPro.

My experience with MaidPro thus far has been excellent. Marlando is so responsive and super accommodating. We originally just wanted a one time deep clean but Olivia did such a great job that we decided to do biweekly. Olivia was on time, went right to work, and was a pleasure to have in our home. Nothing beats that clean smell when they are finished! I've done lots of research and contacted several companies before having MaidPro and nothing beats the quality and responsiveness of MaidPro, along with a reasonable price.

Customer service was very curteous. She explained to me exactly the responsibilities of
the staff. The young lady that cleaned my apartment did a very good job. She was thorough, professional and very pleasant. She also expressed to me how she loved her job. I would request to have her clean my apartment again👍

I have been using Maidpro since April of this year. The cleaning ladies Phillipa, Pariz and Erin were very attentive to my needs and very polite and courteous. Bathrooms, kitchen and floors were sparkling clean and smelling good. Dusting and vacuuming were thoroughly done. I highly recommend this service.

I’ve worked with MaidPro for over 5 years. I’ve had nothing but a wonderful experience! As soon as my previous cleaner who did an amazing job left, I was replaced with Diana Shaw. She rushes through the work, she doesn’t actually “deep clean” she tries to be nice yet is very nasty. And as I over hear her, she thinks because we do regular services weekly she can 1/2 step the cleaning and not do so thoroughly. She needs to be re trained! I hope someone from this office reaches out and RECTIFIES THIS OR ILL BE MOVING TO HANDY OR HUX!

I hired MaidPro to clean my home and I must say I was beyond happy with the work that they did. When I made it to my front door I could smell how fresh the house was before I even stepped in. Everything was so well dusted, the floors were nice and clean and everything was put in place. I would recommend their services to anyone and I will continue to use them on a regular basis.

Maid Pro has been to my Apt. only 3 times and I was very impressed with their service. This company is everything that is stated in their website. Just working with the office staff is a pleasure........efficient, polite, thorough and quick to reply to any questions that are of concern. They are on top of all routine reminders and follow-ups regarding the service that was provided. The cleaning crew are polite and thorough with their cleaning technics. I have now scheduled service for my Daughter.

Johanna did an incredible job cleaning our home! This was our first cleaning after moving in a month ago, so things had gotten pretty dirty, but they looked totally shiny and brand new after she was done with it. She was also extremely friendly and nice to talk to! We'll keep using MaidPro, and we'll definitely be asking for Johanna to come back.

The company will send you different people until you indicate a preference. My cleaner is efficient, cheerful, and prompt—and always leaves the house looking and smelling fantastic. One other person they sent did not perform as well; she is no longer employed by them.

I used to think paying someone to clean my house was for the rich or lazy however, the hustle and bustle of this NYC life often leaves me running low on free time and energy while dust and grime accumulation is running on high in my home.

I've had four pervious experiences with four different cleaning companies and I can without a doubt say MaidPro is by far my best experience. Kemar arrived on time to my home, he confirmed what I wanted done and went into immediate clean mode without pause. I was marveled at his courtesy and professionalism.
I had a basic clean which covered one bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room. Kemar cleaned my kitchen so well that my stove top looked as though it was still on display in the show room. My living room was completely flawless! He cleaned stains off my hardwood floors I thought would never disappear. In addition, my living room floors sparkled and shined without feeling slippery like when I do it myself. He changed the shower curtain and hung the new linens in my bathroom using fancy folded designs. In my bedroom I like how he didn't rearrange anything but just made everything neater in their place so I didn't go crazy looking about for anything later. He also left me a cute towel design on my bed like they do in a hotel or a cruise.

The attention to detail and the overall level of care exceeded all expectations. There's nothing like coming home to a clean home that smells great and looks impeccable! I sincerely give MaidPro the highest recommendation and I look forward to using them on a regular basis.

From bringing to end horrible experience. One person was sent for a post construction cleaning of a 3,000 plus square foot house.
The person that came did a horrible. The woman used the same dirty cloth to “clean” mirrors and sliding doors. The main bathroom shower floor wasn’t cleaned as it still had soap residue. The girl vacuumed and lightly dusted. When I got home it looked like nothing was done. I did notice all the streaks on the mirrors and where she couldn’t reach. The “cleaning” and I have to continue to put it in quotations because if that’s what they call clean they should close their business. Horrible horrible. I can’t say it enough.
